Just purchased a Paradigm speaker grill so no profit for them but gave me a chance to see what theyre like. Could have been the start of a new relationship with a veteran home theater enthusiast. Staff is nice and does try but doesnt seem the most knowledgeable, even with products on their show room floor. Was shocked theyll happily sell and install me a $20k front projection rig but have no ISF calibration techs on staff. Open M-F 9-5, you cant pull off a Tuesday through Saturday for the working Joes huh?

We were looking for help selecting a home automation platform, as well as selecting and programming hardware (TV’s, stereo equipment, WiFi, door locks, etc.) for such platform. That said, we did not intend to fully automate all functions of the house (lighting, blinds, etc.). Further, we did not want to spend 100,000 or more on such a system.
