Worst store to get a custom hat done! And customer service is even horrible, if you want a new hat DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!

Went today to buy some hats and despite are pricey I asked the employee if they have any kind of discount if buying more than 2, with a actitud said NO, even though I was planning to buy more than 2. Beside this, he was not friendly, did not say hi to any customer, was not paying attention at anyone just to his phone. I barely paid, gave me my receipt and went back to his phone.

Love the product but if it says opens at 11? It is 11: 15 and dark, people spend gas money to get here. Guess Ill wait 10 more minutes before they lose my business. @Clackama town center

Went to the mall today store not open when rest of the mall was went back at 11am still not open another customer called store employee said she has to use the restroom would be back in 5 minutes waited 30 and she still didn’t return. Went to just sports downstairs and the employee who was to be working lids was in there taking to the employee of just sports both business lost out on a sales due to caring more about the conversation then selling the product or customer service.

Store is not open even though it's supposed to be. The rest of the mall is open. Who manages this place? If i managed this place, and there were no employees to own on time, id so it myself. Now I'm wasting my one day off. Well at least it's good to know that you value your time off more than you value mine. Understandable i guess- that's why 2 stars instead of 1.

If i have a good experience before i leave, I'll change my review.

Ok, they finally opened only 1 hour and 35 minutes late. The employee apparently had to run to starbucks first. When i politely asked if they were opening soon, she declined any eye contact while mumbling something. Then they didn't have even one of my team's hats, but like 4000 seahawks hats. After the recent decimation of said seahawks team, I'm sure that inventory will be there for years. Overall just an extremely annoying experience. Downgrading to 1 star. If she was even a little bit polite, i would have upgraded to a 3, but idk why id expect that these days. Lids is probably lucky to just have anyone work there, let alone someone who knows how to be pleasant.

Today your staff member was so nice. He was extremely busy and the only one there. He remained so attentive to everyone he served. Just wanted to tell him thank you. And thanks for my Cowboys Hat. Cashier was 509012 @12: 46pm 8/8/2021.

Horrible customer service! The guy working there was very rude and unprofessional, was giving an attitude from the start when I was being nice!

Out of stock for popular sizes mostly, chose to settle for something else rather than to purchase the one I wanted.
