I had a recent assessment, which went smoothly, and the assessor was great. There was a little confusion as to how to join the zoom consult meeting, but their customer service was very prompt and helpful, and I didn’t miss a minute.

While Lifestance has been a little exasperating to get on boarded with, the therapist we have encountered have been thorough and knowledgeable. They are able to describe modalities, plans, goals and communication elements for both child and parent. We are excited to begin therapy with the assigned therapist.

It very educational and Davon is learning how to be apart of the groups surrounding and participate with kids and teaches bette. He's not as quick to get angry or impatient as he us to. He learning to take time and wait. Things are changing for the better, of course he's still having his moments but he's better. Thanks Barbara, Davon Mom.

I had been going / seeing Andrea Russell, for years. I liked the people that was there as well as Andrea.
I decided to seek out someone else. She unexpectedly quit working in the field.

Had to give 1, but 0/5 stars, all thumbs down, cannot recommend.
I honestly wish my therapist worked somewhere else.
Every session we spend the first 5-10 minutes talking about the neglectful service in billing department, sorting through misinformation, and general lifestance corporation complaining in general.
I have been sent to collections by no fault of my own on 2 separate occasions. This creates more stress and anxiety, which is why I see a therapist in the first place. The portal is not intuitive and surprising if you can reach anyone from there.
Please save yourself and go anywhere else.

My son with autism attended here for Aba services from age 3.5-6. He received excellent 1on1 help with a variety of things. He gained many life skills here and the help he got here has changed his life for the better.

I appreciate that my council takes medicare. I feel that we are on the same page as far as figuring out my issues. I enjoyed meeting her today.
