From start to finish the whole experience was great. Shaun the sales person went out of his way to help us. When it came to the installation he came to check everything was going smoothly and always made sure we were happy with the work.
Some of our windows were large and a challenge to install but Josh, Kyle and the team did an excellent job.

Great product. We love the new windows and sliders. Very professional install. Everything nice and neat. Total cleanup after. Highly recommend this company.

The installation crew were knowlegable and did a good job of installation. They were polite and friendly, took care not to get things too messy, and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to install and remove screens, and how the latches work. I already notice how much quieter it is in the rooms with windows facing the road, with the car noise almost inaudible now.

Second time we've gone with Lifetime. Seamless process from beginning to end. Kai and Zack did great job installing and went the extra mile addressing some existing trim issues.

Absolutely great experience working with Lifetime Windows & Doors. Sonia was a great sales person and more importantly she respected our time. No long winded explanation why her company is so much better then the competitor. Tom and Vonne did a great job installing the windows. They were on time, friendly, clean and more then willing to answer any of my questions. Their workmanship went above and beyond what we were expecting. Great Experience!

I’ve had three windows and one sliding glass door replaced by this company over the last 10 years. Everything seem to have gone smoothly until a few months ago when I noted water dripping out of my drywall. Turns out one window that was installed seven years ago had the flashing improperly installed and due to a break in the caulking allowed water to run behind the tarpaper into the house. $5000 later the problem is fixed. Emailed and called the company with no help.

Installation went alright on the front door, but they had to return 2 weeks later due to finding some dryrot around back door. They repaired the dryrot and installed back door. The biggest problem is with paying the amount I did for these doors, and they didn't replace the interior moulding around the doors (decided to use the existing moulding from my old doors, despite them being badly marred, scratched and gouged, and having dryrot). And, the doors are not really designed for someone that is senior and disabled, as my wife is 75 years old and has been disabled for around 30 years, and has no feeling in her feet to detect the door frame rise.
And, despite my telling Johnn (the sales rep) that I needed everything painted (the door, frame, and trim) as I wasn't able to do it myself due to MY health conditions, I have to spend more than I already did to try and find someone else to come in now to paint the moulding after it gets replaced. Then I have to fix the doors so that they're handicap accessible.
They did come out and replace the interior moulding around the doors a couple of days ago, so that issue is resolved.
The overall work they did in my eyes is not satisfactory, with holes left in the molding, and other molding damage. And they don't actually follow-up with customers, as I haven't heard anything from them since the last time I had called to get something repaired that wasn't done during the original installation.

Several months ago, Lifetime did an excellent job installing six new Milgard Tuscany upstairs windows, so we recently again hired them to install five more in the kitchen and breakfast nook. Sean was very helpful & professional in getting the work set up and contracted, and Enrique & his helper again did an excellent job installing the five newest windows. The work was completed in just one day last week, and the new windows look great!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Lifetime Windows and Doors. Cindy was great. Pleasant and professional, so easy to work with. I love the windows she helped me choose. Josh, Corey, and Tom did the installation. On time, courteous, professional. They did a great job, explained everything, and their time estimate was spot on. Great cleanup as well. So glad I chose this company for my new windows!

We recently had a new door installed between our kitchen & garage. The team at Lifetime Windows and Doors was very professional through the entire process. The installation guys, Solomon & Benson did a wonderful job with the installation. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly.

Yesterday Kai and Benson arrived within 20 minutes of the designated time to install a new sliding glass door that was broken during a storm last November. They came in looked at it and realized they needed a few tools which were delivered within minutes from the main warehouse. The installation took about 20 minutes longer than expected but the whole experience was professional and completed with a level of skill that one would hope for. Although the outside of the framing isn't wonderful it is
far better than I expected as they are installers not finish carpenters and even I can easily touch it all up. It has been 20 years since I used this company and I am delighted to have had them on board for this project.

I bought a 1969 condo that came with original aluminum windows. John came out and was very knowledgeable and informative while quoting. His communication was quick and effective, ensuring I was able to secure a great year end pricing incentive.

I worked with Matt H for about a month after I had an order issue (the fault of my HOA, not Lifetime). He was very patient and accommodating while I dealt with an unresponsive neighbor while trying to arrange install, and he went above and beyond to assist me and get me on their install schedule.

Solomon and Benson came out recently and did my install, replacing three large second story windows quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and friendly and professional, while still chatting about random topics throughout the day. They left my place spotless and ensured I knew how to remove the window sash for cleaning and also made sure I knew how all the features of my windows worked.

The pricing for Lifetime was on par with other window companies, but their customer service set them apart.

The salesman was very professional. He sold us on his company. After we paid half so the windows could be ordered was when it all broke down. Communication was nonexistent, no updates, so we didn't know when our windows would arrive. When they were ready to install we were given very little notice. My husband had to take a day off work, but that was fine until the installers were a no call/no show on installation day. We had to reschedule for a week out. Fine. After the installers left we found damage to our walls from popped drywall nails and scrape marks in the drywall from their ladders. I communicated this damage to the company. No response. I wrote them a letter. No response. Be aware this company will happily take your money but will likely not follow through on their side of the agreement. Litigation is our next step.

Update: I was contacted by the company and steps were taken to correct the previous damage done. A worker came to my house to repair the damage. He repaired part of it. A partial refund was also given as well as a gift basket. In the end I am left with damage but was refunded enough to pay a third party to repair it.

My advice if choosing to work with this company: make sure to carefully inspect the completed job and withhold payment if they leave behind damage. You will have more leverage in getting it repaired in a timely fashion.

We recently had a new exterior fiberglass door installed by Lifetime Windows & Doors. Overall the process was great end-to-end. They were quick to come by and give us an estimate and very patient as we asked them for pricing on several door options following up. They estimated a few months once we ordered before the door would arrive but it arrived sooner than expected and they were able to schedule work the next business day.
Kai and Josh arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing the new door. They kept the job site tidy and finished way faster than we expected. We're so happy with how the new door looks and would definitely recommend this company for any door installation!

Enrique and Ricardo were our installation guys and they were great. Friendly. Personable. Efficient. And cleaned up after themselves. They even went out of their way to help me move some furniture that I couldn't move by myself prior to their arrival. Our rep Kameron was great as well and was very communicative. Always great customer service
