linc301 Apartments, Portland OR

I find the negative reviews wild. I have loved living here for the past 4.5 years and plan on renewing my lease again. I do feel safe. The price is good the amenities are great and and it is close to everything.
There is 24/7 security. The team is so friendly. The maintenance team is awesome and you don’t have to wait weeks for someone to come help you like a lot of apartments.
The events are also a great touch and it’s nice to see some familiar faces at them.

I lived at the Lin301 for 2 years. Did not feel safe there. For example, I went to the hot tub in the evening, a man was laying down and hiding by the hot tub in the dark. He quickly ran away. I called the security but they didn't come since the man was gone. Another example I went to the gym to workout and a homeless woman snuck into the sauna. The on-site security was called and simply waited outside the sauna door for an hour until she came out on her own. She left trash and needles inside. Last, there were car break-ins and bikes stolen. The parking garage is cramped and as a result, I received many door dings on my car.

It's almost been a month since me, and my roommates moved in. Megan helped us fastrack the application process and help us move in to our new home. Our apartment is on 9th floor and is:

Spacious, has a great view, and AC to help us through the summer. Definitely worth it!

We renewed the lease in March but they started the pool work in April, and it has been more than 2 months since the work has been going on. I do not understand why they could not do the work in January or February. The pool is barely open for 4 months, and is now out of use for 2 months. Add to that, it has been a headache living next to the pool while the work is going on as they do the work exactly during work hours.

I moved into Linc301 about a month ago and I love it. My apartment was well-maintained, the facilities are cared for, and rent is very reasonable given the quality of living here. I’m particularly impressed with building management, especially Ashley. She is extremely responsive when I have questions, and made the application and move-in process very easy. It is clear management cares about the residents, and that makes a big difference when renting. A lot of landlords don’t put the same effort into ensuring residents are happy. I highly recommend renting at Linc301.

Went there to tour. The one bedroom apartment literally has one or two lights (one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom) im not sure what they're charging $1300+ for when there isn't even a washer or dryer. The screening company they use is TRASH. They texted me telling me to call my previous landlords because they tried calling them outside of business hours. Called the property about the situation and they are on their side. They want you to hussle even tho ur paying $50 for screening. And said what? Cooperate so you can get less deposit amount. My cooperation is not living at shady place like this.

I moved here about 2 months ago with only knowing the place virtually,
it was exactly how it was described, there are restaurants, grocery stores and public transit in walking distance. The price of rent that you pay comes with an excellent leasing office with Ashley Richards, Tamera Mikamura, Megan Choi and the rest of the team. I had a light bulb go out, and a technician came out within an hour to replace it for me. Overall a great place to live.
