LINCARE reviews
6Lincare ALWAYS has what I need. If they don't, they will order it for me and deliver it to me. ALWAYS helpful ️
Christina the customer service rep is Rude. She needs to take a class on how to deal with the public.
I was told that it's a inconvenience for the Respiratory tech to bring me my BiPap machine.
Well Christina your an inconvenience to Lincare.
Maybe you should apply at Walmart.
You would fit right in
Very helpful customer service, absolutely better than Norco. The installer was very patient and answered all my questions.
A huge shout-out to Susan at Lincare andf a very special THANK YOU
Horrible customer service. Even worse at getting supplies when told they would be delivered.
Actually got through to someone who could help me and made a very good recommendation for me that made good sense. Very nice person took my call.
Customer service is odd. They apparently don't have enough service drivers and there doesn't seem to be anyone in charge. Several times people haven't shown up when they said they would, or left a "missed you" card when I wasn't home and had no idea anyone was coming.
I don't need much and I'm not (so far) home-bound, so I am able to drive to their office to pick up supplies. One issue that was puzzling: my doc ordered a small travel-size concentrator for me. The local Lincare had to get it Medicare-approved, then order it, which I was told would take about a couple of months altogether. They would then call me. About four months later I dropped by there and asked what the status was. Then.one of the service guys bought it out to me from the back room. I wondered, having past experience with warehousing and shipping/receiving, if anyone was curious about why a stray, tiny concentrator had shown up and, if so, was there any system to find out?
Having said all that, I haven't had anyone be rude to me, just the opposite. It's just that there isn't much structure. I mean, these are medical supplies that people need!
