This company is horrible! I would go to Norco if you can. My husband used his debit card for a copay on the first visit and now they just take money whenever they want without authorization. Almost $400 at this point. You cant get anyone to answer the phone in billing and I have been on hold for an hour multiple times trying to reach someone. I finally spoke to someone in another department who took my name and said they would call. No call. Currently disputing charges with my bank so maybe someone will call back!

Awful customer service. Literally one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. On par with telecommunication company customer service. I’ve had multiple phone calls with my local office to which I was told I would receive follow up that I never got a call back on. I’ve had multiple interactions with the national service line number that have been poor due to inability to answer questions. The national office refers almost all concerns to the local office unless you want to purchase supplies. The national supply office calls me constantly trying to get me to purchase more supplies. They will call day and night at unreasonable hours to do so with little regard for if I actually need supplies or not. When I first started with Lincare I was getting calls daily until I stopped answering.

I recently had a very poor experience with my local office as well. The Lead Customer Service representative (CSR) Cas was condescending & rude to me regarding a basic follow up call. I called because my machine was lost on an recent trip instead of help I got criticism for my airline baggage choices. When I complained to the manager of the facility about the treatment I received I was met with skepticism as to my credibility and more criticism. I eventually spoke with the regional manager of Lincare about my experience who listened but honestly I am not thrilled with that interaction as well. Overall I had 3 people all the way to a regional manager more concerned it’s criticizing me and covering for one another than solving the problem I called with in the 1st place. I own a business (One that rates 4.8 google stars not 2.1 like Lincare) and I train my CSR’s. The way I was treated was the exact opposite of what I train my staff. Above all else there was zero focus on my concern (which is I don’t have a CPAP and have been without it for several weeks getting poor sleep). Overall I felt that nobody cared or really had the power to help me. I still don’t have my CPAP and I wanted that to be their concern as well, unfortunately the focus of my interactions had mostly to do with the initial rudeness I encountered and whether or not their CSR or myself were at fault for how the interaction turned out poorly.

If you're in need of customer service you won't find it at Lincare. The front office person, Heather, is as rude as they come and can't tell the truth to save her life. They provide subpar products and then will not help you. Do yourself a huge favor and don't do business with them.

The worse service. They treat you like began for the supplies. Norco is better experience. I try to get back to Norco, but Medicare don't let me do it.

Great service! The drivers are always so great about answering all of my questions and concerns! I always get my supplies on time the staff is very personable and i feel very well taken care of! Thanks lincare!

Possibly the worst medical-related experience of my life! When I arrived at my appointment to receive my first CPAP machine I was the only customer there and was greeted by an unmasked woman who hurriedly put on her mask and took my name, after which I waited 20 minutes to be seen. Finally a large unmasked man in a worn-out '90's Miami Dolphins nylon track suit motioned me to a small office. I asked him if masks were not required here and he said "Oh, do you want me to put one on? " I said "Well, what is your policy? " and he said "It's whatever you want. " No it's not - it's the state law! After he masked up he started opening the CPAP box and literally fumbled with everything he touched, nearly knocking components off the desk multiple times. After he spent 10 minutes pushing buttons and saying he couldn't get the main menu up I realized I had no confidence that he was capable of properly fitting and instructing me on this machine. I stood up and said "I'm done here and I won't be back. " When I walked out there were now 4 other employees in the main office and NONE of them were wearing masks. This is a supplier of respiratory-therapy products whose customers are primarily elderly and/or impaired with pulmonary issues. If you care about your health, stay away from this place. If you care about dealing with competent people, go to Norco. Lin-care does NOT care and should not be in the medical equipment business.

I am 52 and was quite shocked when I was told I need to be on constant oxygen therapy. But Lincare made it so easy and they immediately brought over my supplies even though it had gotten into the evening that same day the doctor told me my diagnosis. It was a difficult day but because of the great service I got from Lincare it was a little easier. Even when I had to call back and get supplies they were so kind and immediately put everything in the mail. I am so glad I have such kind thoughtful people on my healthcare team
