This is the place! Birthdays and all occasions. I always find what I need and a little something extra. Great variety of party goods with a balloon bar and life-sized cutouts of celebrities and characters. Color coordinated streamers, plates, napkins. Party hats galore. They also have a great seasonal section, with costume rentals at Halloween. Halloween central all year round - everything from masks to bag costumes and makeup.

It's a local party city with plenty of cheap gift bag options with individual prices as well as a discount for a dozen. Good costume options and my kids had a fun time.

Excellent selection, with a few large gaps. If you need a last minute costume or want to throw a last second surprise party, this would be my first suggestion to get most of what you need in one stop.

It was good that they have helium as a rental product, however the helium lasted an hour or less and the balloons all fell down. They could bump up the customer service portion to not make you feel like your there to rob, steal and or take from them. Its a business! I brought my business there because i was in need of helium, didnt like the feel of being stereo typed, if your not of the same shade as they are! BTW, I am melanin. I returned the tank back on time, I have my pink slip that proves it.

I love this store. I have been coming here since I was a kid and it made my day fantastic!

I had no idea this amazing location existed, until I almost lost my life on the crazy hwy, and had to be pushed by ODOT by my bumper, which landed me here in the parking lot of this super cool location! Ta’heck with party city’s and whatever else, this store has SO much to offer in the way of party time! All my party supply needs will be made here! Amazing staff, great supplies, super cool location… definitely will be back!

I the costume and wig section! They have Ben Nye, Mehron makeup and Scarecrow vampire fangs and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. SRSLY, these people are EXPERTS. Highly recommend chatting with the folx who work there. They have really specific stuff but not always everything BUT they'll even tell you where to find really niche stuff around town. I really love when small businesses hype each other up like that! And they have stuff all year and not just Halloween time.that being said, the store is SUPER FREAKING COOL around Halloween when they put out all the decorations, they even have this huge dragon it's like going to a haunted house or a theme park!

It was a very uncomfortable experience, didn't find anything I was looking for, for my party. But felt very unwelcome, almost like we were not wanted there.

This is the BEST place in the pnw to get balloons I swear! No other stores seem to have heliums? So that makes me scared I couldn't get any filled for my bday party: (but the employees was so nice and friendly! They told me I can bring in balloons I bought somewhere else and they would fill them for me! If I didn't get balloons online I would have bought them there, they had SO MANY to choose from! Thanks to lippmans I had a happy birthday!:)

I love supporting small business but the staff was very unfriendly and they were missing lots of things I was looking for.

Love shopping for party supplies here! They have balloons, decorations and even costumes around Halloween time. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon for more party supplies
