Purchased gas fireplace insert and had it installed May 2022. Come October, when first using fireplace, the fan rattled every time I turned it on. Multiple employees (service and admin) gave me run around and empty promises to fix my brand new fireplace! Horrible customer service!

I'm grateful for the care and support I received from Lisac's in purchasing an electric patio heater for my house. I'm not a heater expert and bought some stuff that was way overkill for the scope of my project. Lisac's was able to work with me and my electrician to figure out a better option, get it ordered, and get my old stuff returned in a really efficient and easy way. The team was kind and fun, and I'd work with Lisac's again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
