They are honest and they do a dam good job of fixing your car this it my car and it had damage from the center of driver side rear door to the tail light and they fixed it back to being perfect just like it was when i bought it new

Came from Eugene because Lithia Springfield doesn't have their own body shop. Was seeking help with scratches on a new Sienna. They're were able to remove most transference by wiping it off with a solution. A couple of scratches below the surface remained and had to be buffed and repainted. Erica and her crew went out of their way to take care of me. It looks really good, I can't notice any difference with the immediate inspection.

Last fall, a dear jumped out in front of my car while I was driving and it really messed up my car. I was very pleased with the help that I received from start to finish. Recently, I accidentally shut my car door when my car had too many totes on the seat and it unsealed the inside of the car door. The super nice gentleman who came out to take a look at my mishap, fixed it himself and sent me on my way. His act of kindness certainly brought me to tears. They have a wonderful team working there.

The front desk associates are amazing, and the estimators are kind and cordial. However, the maintenance that is done and the process of repair is frustrating. I had work done here on my car, and the work wasn't repaired correctly the first time. I asked them to fix it, they agreed and "fixed it" for free. Then after a while the same issue came up. It wasn't done right again and I had to come back.again. I wasn't angry, I just wanted it done and over with. I was then blamed for the car being broken because of me, (not their work) and was asked to pay a lot of money to fix an issue that never should have been there in the first place. I got an estimate elsewhere for a fraction of what they asked me to pay to fix their work. Go elsewhere!

Warren and Erica, have went out of their way to provide me with outstanding service! Very happy with the entire TEAM at Roseburg Lithia auto body. If you prefer a business that actually provides a service to the community instead servicing your pocket book, Warren and his team will take good care of you!

I took my vehicle to them, to do some body work on the front end. They did an incomplete job, didn't fix my blinker lights on my truck. Took 3 weeks to finish, well what they deemed fixed, then I had to pay for a battery and a starter that I had no problems with until taking it to them. Then ask 3 times how much my deductible was and they said I didnt have to pay one. Now they say I do. Really bad communication with customers.

I walked into Lithia without a clue what to expect, Erica walked me through the entire process and made sure that I understood everything. She took her time and made sure that every detail was covered to make my experience as smooth as possible. I have to admit that I was very nervous having paint work done on my car, but looking at my car you would never be able to tell that I had any work done. All of the lines are smooth and completely blended in. Lithia did an incredible job with my car and I will return to them of I ever need body work done again.

Had a violent meeting w/Bambi in my Kia Soul. Took out the whole front end. Lithia had it in perfect shape within 3 weeks. There was a glitch at the end but they made it right. Other body shops may not have cared if I was happy with the work and service. They went out of their way. Thanks to Erica and Trent.

Not happy with their work. This is the blood from hitting a deer after they had my car 3 weeks and then as second time for 2 1/2 hrs yet still didn't clean it! The part they fixed they did good however taking it somewhere else to finish being repaired.

Had to rate at least one star to put my comment. I have full coverage through my insurance. Lithia had my car for over a month. They called to tell me my car was done on a Friday just before they closed to say it was done. Couldnt get there in time, plus it would have been dark to make sure my car was done right. Went there first thing Monday morning and the hood, door panel and paint did not match. My husband test drove it and the alignment was way off, and the car pulsated. They said they would fix things. Another week went by, and again they called at 5pm on a Friday to say my car was ready once more. Again went there first thing Monday, as they are closed weekends. Outside seemed ok, and did not test drive before leaving due to Grandbabies with me and car seats. I trusted it was right this time. Manager told me they would pay $200 towards my deductable to help the delay. I thought that was nice. Little did I know.my insurance only covered 30 Day rental car, and I was to pay almost $400.

Rejected car after a month. Lithia body and paint kept car for another week.
Wife picked up vehicle with to YOUNG grandchildren, unable to test drive car. (Which shouldn't have to be test driven after 5 weeks in shop.)
Car pulls to right when braking, and right headlight is facing wrong direction when turned on.
Also muffler is hanging down unattached!
When she called to report to manager, he told her she would have to file a claim with her insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.
