17Worst service center I have ever experienced. Never going here again for help with a Jeep. They do not actually look at your car and take nothing you say that’s happening to your car seriously. They also never answer their phones.
Helpful in understanding our ram promaster van engine light meaning. Sad they are unable to service the ram van and we need to go to corvallis or roseburg
They have not fixed it yet and have stopped talking to me. They contacted me again as they had received the parts needed to fix my car. We scheduled the appointment and I could not be happier. My car is working correctly now. Great service.
Very pleased with both the sales and service departments. All promises made were kept. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
Dealer ship is ok, but the service department is horrid! Billy is awsome, but the ones that actually change your oil are not! They have no idea how to treat someone's brand new 2024 Jeep, nor do they know how to use a funnel so that they don't get oil all over your engine, they set something on the fender and left big scratches, and everywhere the tech touched he left his greasy paw prints! They did replace my fender, but my husband had to clean up the mess they made! Use caution and always pop your hood and inspect your vehicle before leaving!

Our service advisor Billy would not call us back. He never got us an estimate. We waited for a solid week. They would not tell us exactly what was wrong with our car. I left a voicemail for the service manager about the situation, asking for answers after a week and he never called me back. Yet to even hear anything. Billy, is completely worthless as an advisor. We drove 3.5 hours out there just to say forget it and sold the car to a technician for $885.00.
They kept telling us that the first repair would cost a minimum of $2500.00. But that might not fix it. The next repair world cost a minimum of $3600.00 and that might not fix it. The final repair would be a whole new engine. After spend maybe 6,000.00 guessing what’s wrong? What! This is on a car worth maybe $5,500.00.
The technical who purchased the car was the most helpful. We hope that he can get the car fixed up and have a decent daily driver for himself.
But again, if you do use this place…. Do not let Billy be your advisor.
Excellent experience selling and buying, I've got a couple of pending issues that the dealership jumped right on to handle.
My Truck needed at untimely DEF service as well as a few other needed items. Turns out my reserve fuel tank got tampered with and all the fuel got stolen. Cannot be sure where it happened, but the dealership was sure it didn't happen there, but regardless, out of professionalism, they cut me a check for the amount of diesel I lost. I will certainly return to this dealership based on that act. I really appreciated it, as well as the fast service in order to get me and my family back on the road and on to elk camp. No luck on the hunt but good luck at the dealership.
Everything so far has been great with quality service, good interaction and kept informed well
Emergency repair on a water pump and radiator. They got us in right away and we were able to pick up a couple of days later. Only complaint was they left alot of grease on and around the truck and didn't clean it up.
Friendly helpful staff. I especially liked the fact that they accepted a Costco discount. Other Jeep dealers refused Ed. I will go back for further repairs.
Zero communication! Don't have my car. They don't answer the phone.still know nothing. One plus i have a rental car so I'm not stuck at home and can get to work
Nothing more than scam artist in suits. Tried charging me 650.00 to replace two bulbs in a Cadillac ATS. I tried explaining to them their is a much easier way then the method they were using and they just laughed and said no thanks.
We had an excellent experience working with Jake and his team. They went above and beyond after discovering extensive damage in our Ram Promaster. Everyone in the service department is caring and compassionate. I received multiple calls updating me on the situation and progress of our vehicle. I highly recommend this service department.
Service dept repaired my 3500 RAM Deisel Exhaust issue. Service tech was very helpful and addressed my issues. The biggest broblem was being able to actually talk to a live person. I realize they were extremely busy however my wife and I were without a vehicle, had to rent a car, travel back and forth from Florence, had travel reservations. Etc.etc. Attempting to simply get a return call was frustrating. If the dealership was short on personnel I totally understand but it certainly did not leave us with with good overall impression regarding the customer communications aspect of our experience. Our RAM is running fine after our $4,000.00 and most likely will use Lithia in the future in hopes the communications issue will be addressed.

Service Dept clearly doesn’t know what they are doing an have horrible customer service. Not happy at all.
Sales staff was great. Wish I could have only dealt with one person through the whole sale but everyone was great. As far as detailing of vehicle I purchase I give that a one star. Old ice cream stains on side of console, compartments were dirty and stained on the inside. Engine was dirty. Given I bought a used truck, it does not take that much longer to fully detail a vehicle. Likely hood of coming back in future is 50/50 depending if they have a vehicle I want.
