I stopped in on a whim to check if Lithia Dodge had an 8 passenger vehicle and was greeted in sales by Braxton. I am giving Braxton and the dealership a 5 star rating but If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have heard some talk around town about Lithia. But don't be fooled! They truly have been so wonderful! From making good on every promise, to clear communication throughout the whole process. I bought a 2020 Honda Pilot from them over the July 4th weekend, and even then over the holiday weekend, they were attentive, helpful, and fun to work with! Braxton went out of his way to find the exact type of vehicle I was looking for. I had clear guidelines on what I needed, and he delivered! Also, the finance manager Kris was also very pleasant, funny, and helpful when I was explaining all the things I needed as far as payments, etc. Customer service is a big thing to be proud of now a days because its few and far in between, and these guys knocked it out of the park! If you are looking for a used or new vehicle, Braxton @Lithia Dodge is the guy to go see! He will make sure you are truly taken care of, delivers on everything he promises, and super pleasant to deal with without all the "salesy" type talk. Just straight forward. And EXCELLENT customer service!

These folks are unclear about the concept of the Express Lane oil change. They think it’s an express lane to make an appointment! I showed up at 1: 00pm at the Express Lane for an oil change only to be notified that the Express Lane is Express only in the morning and in the afternoon it’s Express no more! In the afternoon only by appointment is Express! Perhaps they need to consult the dictionary and learn about what Express Lane oil change is all about! Oh well…

Been nothing but good times with Lithia, got four cars from them in one year here! Service awesome but they’re so busy the wait times kinda suck but what you gonna do!

Do not buy a Chrysler from this dealer! I had three bad transmissions and now they say I need to pay for the 4th one. The first one went out completely at 110,000 miles. That is just 10,000 past the warranty miles. So I bought a brand new one for $5500. It failed at another 45,000 miles. They replaced it under warranty after more than a month in their shop waiting for approval. The rebuilt replacement lasted 45,000 miles. Now Lithia says I need to buy another transmission and it is not covered under warranty. This is ridiculous! That is four transmissions at 200,000 miles. Their replacement transmissions only last 45,000 miles with no more warranty!

Sold me a brand new vehicle I ordered from the factory in sept. 2022 the air conditioning doesn't come on when the cab gets warm from the sun. Obvious heat related short that they are claiming is a software update problem that will be fixed next year 2024. Bought in September of 22 and they are saying I will have to wait til 2024 for the software update. Had my first oil change and they didn't tighten the filter. Lack of professionalism, knowledge and commonsense from the top down. They will try to tell you they had a problem with the previous service manager and its better now but the new service manager isn't any better. Don't spend your money here.

I had an oil change done along with a couple of recalls. The service desk gal was very helpful and kept me informed on the need for the recal and the parts needed.

Jared La Verne knocked it out of the park when he helped us on Memorial Day. We were reluctant to go in due to the atrocious treatment we received at other dealers but decided to give Lithia a try as they had a car we wanted. Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Not only did Jared get us into the car we wanted, he gave us a very reasonable offer on our trade - more than twice as much as a dealer in Eugene! (I won't name names, but it rhymes with Wendall Hula Hoop) They even offered us refreshments! If I had to dig for a gripe it's the process did take a few hours, but totally not their fault. We showed up while they were slammed and they only had two sales reps in that day. Again, not their fault. Jared apologized several times and did everything he could to expedite our transaction; juggling multiple customers simultaneously. If you're in the market I HIGHLY recommend you try Lithia and by all means, talk to Jared. We're so happy with our new car and will definitely be back when the time comes.

Braxton was great to work with. He went above and beyond in getting me the information I needed and made the process of buying a truck pain free. He was honest when discussing the details over the phone and he wasn't pressuring me at all throughout the process. Plus he helped entertain my 1 year old while we were waiting for the paperwork. Can't recommend him enough.

Not a very good experience. Called another dealership said that this dealership had the necessary scanners to provide more or better diagnostic. Did not offer that service spend $150 to find out how the mechanic felt about a repair no guarantees for a $1600 repair

My wife and I had a very good experience yesterday with Lane Frost, he's new to the business but don't let that fool you. He's very good at listening to what the customer wants and what they can afford. When you work with him don't be worried about being pressured into something that you don't want. He's quick to get what you want. We had a very good experience with everyone we talked to and work with. Great job guys!

I bought the lie that taking your car to “the dealership” was the best.
I took my perfectly functioning Jeep to them for a tire rotation. They stripped several nuts and ruined a lug. I asked them how and they said the wrong nuts were on. We bought the wheels and tires from them (the dealership) and have regular rotations - only by them. They told me to go to Les Schuab to get the right ones. They left my wife in the service area and went home. She asked if they had a vehicle and the manager said I didn’t screw it up - you can’t take one of mine to the service advisor. So I had to drive and pick her up at the empty store after closing.
Bottom line - I brought in a perfect vehicle they broke and feel it is now my responsibility.

Please go elsewhere

I purchased the lifetime warranty with Lithia and can't get a warped exhaust manifold replaced because they say it is not warped enough. Excuse me, the truck sounds horrible. My neighbor across the street can hear how bad it sounds from her porch. I have this warranty for problems like this. I have a feeling if I wanted the manifold replaced without a warranty they would have no problem getting the job done. My advise is don't buy the warranty, it is a scam.

As a follow up I contacted Mr. Linder and got voicemail. Left a message with name and number. Haven't heard a word.

A follow up to the follow up. After nearly 2yrs.of trying to get my truck fixed and hearing excuses like supply chain issues, on order but hasn't come in, haven't gotten approval, we are short handed, we are working on it and my favorite, I am new let me check (went through three different employees). I finally went to Lithias' competitor and low and behold NO PROBLEMS! I now have my truck fixed. Will never buy a vehicle from this scam outfit again. Their competitor has my future business. I believe their problems start at the top. I initially gave them 2 stars however would love to change that to ZERO.

Buying a use car from them was easy. The sale rep was friendly and didn't pressure you on buying a vehicle. The finance department explained all the forms and asked if there was any questions.
