Bought a car for my daughter. It is her first. Was driven less than 400 miles. The ac/heat started acting up pretty much as soon as we had it home. When we took it back to Toyota they stated that it had a blown gasket head but they didn’t have to tools to fix it. We had been talked into a 2k warranty when we purchased and were told it “covered everything under the hood” however the service dept said that even if they had the tools the warranty wouldn’t cover a blown gasket head. We were sent to ford but told they didn’t have manpower to take any new repairs.

Ultimately it’s going to be a 5k fix. Toyota was only willing to help us out of this lemon situation if we agreed to purchase a new or near new car.

This is the 2nd vehicle we’ve purchased with cylinder issues. Although I’m a loyal Toyota driver and have never driven anything else for 10+ years, I will never again purchase another vehicle from Lithia Toyota in Medford. Definitely do not recommend purchasing used cars from them.

Charlie was awesome. This crazy market especially for used vehicles is tuff. I was able to pick up a little project for a fair price no hiding issues or up selling or trying to get me into a different vehicle. Really easy awesome experience after months of awfulness. Hope Charlie gets a little reward for this review (sorry the vehicle wasn’t new and a high commission).

2020 - Mike Rapport was great. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient with my wife and I. He helped us through the process of buying a used vehicle. We met our budget thanks to Mike and the rest of the team there. Will 100% be back when it's time for a new pickup and will be requesting Mike Rapport specifically to be my salesman.

2023 - Well, we went back and again, had amazing service. Chad Soares and the sales team batted a 1000 and made the test drive, questions, paperwork, and signing an enjoyable experience. Truly appreciate how we never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Thanks for making our purchase a memorable gift for our wedding anniversary!

Absolutely worst experience buying a car ever. Tyler Orlow was are sales men and he lied to get us to buy the car we boughtby giving us a to good to be true deal then called my wife back in when I was at work and told her she had to sell the car back to them because paper was messed up so she thought she had to then after it was all said and done they told her she had to buy the car back. Well in that process they hiked the interest rate way up and charged her 9,000$ more than what the car was worth. Basically she could have bought a brand new model for the price when all said and done. Tyler Orlow is a lier and manipulation artist be careful.

I dropped in last Friday afternoon to see a car that had been listed a few days with no pictures on the listing. A salesman approached right away and when I asked about the car, he said if there's no pictures then it hasn't been detailed and isn't available to look at yet. Not sure I've seen a less motivated car salesman and I wondered if these guys still work on commission. No offer to get my contact info or give me a time I could see it, just a shrug and a sorry and seemed like he just wanted to get out of there.

I'd had good visits in the past and this one left a bad taste in my mouth, so I called a short while later and asked to speak with a sales manager. The gentleman I spoke with seemed more professional and did take my contact info and promised to follow up with me the following day but I never heard back.

Very unlike the Lithia Toyota I've dealt with in the past and I was disappointed with the experience.

What a wonderful experience. Michael Rapport was such a joy to work with. I felt so comfortable buying a car from him. He treated me with such respect, and I literally had no anxiety or fears. My whole experience was just beautiful. Denny Kane was truly wonderful to work with as well. The two of them were a great team and I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them. Poor communication when trying to lock down a car remotely. So basically any one under 30 should steer clear.

Edit: I did reach out Kareem Duncan (Customer Experience Manager), no one responded. Do yourself a favor and read the not so great reviews before taking your business here. Hindsight I’m glad things didn’t pan out here. Who knows what kind of car would’ve been sent to me and would’ve been a mess to clean things up 8 hours away.

I fully enjoyed my experience at Lithia Toyota of Medford. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well communicated with. The whole process was smooth and in the end I got my dream car!

Not a good experience this time. I got my last three new Toyotas here at Lithia with good experiences. This time not so much. They were constantly changing what they said the deal was. Made a deal and they changed it, made another one and they changed it. Trying to do a trade in for a car that isn't there yet is not a good idea. Maybe once they get cars in stock again it would be a different experience. I finally went to Coos Bay Toyota and had a wonderful hassle free experience and got the same car for thousands less. Worth the drive to the coast.

I bought a 2018 Kia Sportage at Lithia last August…beautiful car under full warranty. Very quickly I noticed the transmission kept slipping. I brought it to their attention several times but they kept putting me off and telling me to go to Kia. Neither one helped me…just kept putting me off. Then my engine light goes on and I find out I’m 3 and a half quarts low on oil… and within 3 weeks it was that low on oil again! They made me think that they were going to check it out and honor the warranty. So I left it overnight and then they told me it was my error because the car must’ve ran over something and displaced the radiator and is causing it to overheat and lose oil. I told them that I never ran over anything and the car isn’t overheating… it just keeps losing its oil and the transmission slipping! They completely shined me on and will not honor my warranty. I don’t have a big income and buying this car is a big expense for me… I feel like they sold me a lemon and aren’t honoring my warranty. They lied to me repeatedly. I would never recommend buying a car from them. They are untruthful. They should have checked the car out before selling it to me. I trusted them and they have left me with a lemon that I cannot afford to replace!

Get a second opinion. They told me i needed a new transmission and tork converter. 8000 dollars. I took it to oil stop and got a transmission flush. Been running strong for over 5 years no problems. Most definitely didnt need a new transmission. Now im skeptical about this dealership.

Scott Weigand made our purchase of a new Tundra very enjoyable from start to finish. Scott was knowledgeable and Honest; we agreed on numbers over the phone put a deposit to hold the vehicle as we would be traveling 8.5 hours. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted and the paperwork process was seamless and all agreed upon numbers were honored. To say the least our expectations were exceeded!

I highly recommend this dealership. I inquired about a car online and Charles reached out to me and made the process very smooth and easy. Ben who helped us with final paperwork was awesome as well! If you want a car go to this dealership, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s a Lithia. They are going to do absolutely everything they can to get you to buy a car same day. If that is your intent, great. If not, prepare for polite and incessant push to purchase. They will also pass you around employees seeing which one can get you to move forward with a purchase. Very skeevy in general but again par the course for Lithia.

Lied to at every point during the purchase experience. Ordered a car over a year in advance the day it was announced, and they conned me into buying a lesser trim level so they could give the car I wanted to an employee that wasn't even on the wait list. All of this would have been fine if they were transparent, but they wasted my time and my opportunity to possibly get the car I wanted from another dealer. This is after being told for a year that if they got one of the cars it would be mine.

Just bought our 2nd car from Lithia Toyota. Greg was our Sales Professional there and from the first greeting to finalizing the sale he was amazing. We'll be buying another car in a year or so and we won't bother going anywhere else.
