Very good fries that are always hot and fresh, the burger while small definitely packs a punch and is extremely good. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent nearly $40 here on lunch for two people—2 burgers, fries, and sodas. It took them twice as long to make our food as they quoted us, despite the place being nearly empty. The burgers were absurdly small—slider-sized, and left us halfway hungry. The patties were very well-done, even though they were supposed to be cooked medium. The 1x1.5inch squares of cheese they melted on our patties were so tiny and thin that I could not taste them. They gave us each a gigantic portion of truffle fries, but there was so little truffle on those fries, I could only taste the slightest hint of truffle, and only on about half of them. This lunch disappointed me greatly. I will not be coming back here, and neither should you

Chicken burger and Beyond burgers were great! Fries were too salty for my tastes but still good!

I ordered on line. The food was ready when promised. Got it home still hot and really yummy.

We've never been let down by LBB. Food is consistently great! Even my kids under 12 think so. And I love the App that gives us a free burger after we spend a set amount.

I ordered on the app and it worked great. My order was ready and waiting on approx 15 minutes as promised. Burger was good though I think that fort my persuasion preferences I should have subbed blue cheese for the signature sauce on The Ringer burger. The Truffle Fries were great, even as I snacked on the leftovers hours later.
I will totally order again!

Stopped in for lunch on 11/26/22. Lady at front counter was very polite and greeted us when we came in. We dined in and waited forever to get our food and the place was practically empty. They did not call our name to let us know it was done, and the food sat at the counter for God knows how long. Food was cold, burger it self gets a five stars for flavor, but as for the fries they are way to skinny and hard (get better at Mc Donald’s). Suggestions: when dining in customers should be served with a tray, not in a staples paper bag, offer ranch dressing, and make thicker fries. By the way Little Big Burger should not have the word big in the restaurant name because there is no big to the burger whatsoever, and way to pricey for a NOT so big burger, but it was nice COLD snack.

Found out when I got home with my order they stopping giving fry sauce with the truffle fries, would have bought some if I knew. Always buy the fry sauce it's a 5 star place with it.

It takes a long time to get food here even if you order online in advance. I usually feel ignored when I come in here but I assume that’s due to worker shortage and that those on duty are just tired. The food is always hot and the fries are crispy and great. I like the special fry sauce but wish they had the option of basic American cheese.

The best, love the Impossible Burger! Truffle fries can’t b beat. I go back time and time.

I had a rough experience the first time I ever came here and had a previous review posted about that. I am now editing the review (from 2 to 5 stars) based on how they rectified the situation and the several positive experiences I've had since then!

The people that they have in there now are great, the food is wonderful, and I just had a root beer float that was absolutely delicious! I will definitely continue stopping in here every now and then for lunch!

1/4 lb cheese burgers for me and my wife and we split a order of fries. Loved it all and the fries sauce reminded us of Arctic Circle back in the day. We will be back!
