New management took over. Now u go in and order "hot n ready" and pay, then a 40 minute wait. That's logical

The staff has been surly if not down right rude the 3 times I have been here. The last time, I was notified my order was ready. They had not given me nor made the crazy bread. And when asked about it, "do you want it? " When asked for a refund on the bread, "I can't". So I had to wait another 5 minutes.and then it was kinda tossed on the counter. Not gonna go back even though we love LC and it is the closest pizza joint

I ordered a deep dish veggie and was immediately informed that they were under "new management" and it would be more expensive. I said that would be fine. It was only $3 more. I also ordered Italian Cheese Sticks, my favorite! When I came back to pick it up, the guy remembered me and handed me my order immediately. So far so good. When I got home and tried to open the boxes, I found they were stuck closed because of the amount of cheese. I like a lot of cheese but this was waaaaayyyy too much! There was so much cheese, I couldn't taste the sauce or the veggies on the pizza. And the cheese sticks were so cheesy it covered up the seasonings that's usually on them. I was sooo disappointed! I never knew there was such a thing as too much cheese. It was dripping off each piece. There was more cheese than crust! Never in my life would I have thought I'd complain about too much cheese but this was disgusting. I'd rather buy my cheese from the grocery store. Yikes. I sure hope this new management can get its act together!

Ordered ahead online. It took an hour to get our pizza due to short staff and a lady that was leaving with 10 pizzas when I got there who knows what other issues they may have been dealing with. Feel for them. The manager and staff were doing their best but it was pretty messed up for a hot and ready place.

They were rude to me because they made my pizza wrong and I said something. (Ordered pineapple, got extra-supreme with everything!) They said they'd toss it, so i asked if I can just keep it, but they responded as if I asked for all the cash in the till. They asked if I wanted a new one, which I thought it was pretty clear already that I did. When they asked me a few more times (as though I hadn't understood the question) I realized that they just didn't want to make another. This was around 6 pm and they didn't seem busy. I waited for over 20 minutes with nobody ahead of me in line. When it was finally done, I hopped in my car and immediately got on to the freeway. I reached into the box to grab a slice and found that they hadn't sliced it. Not at all. It was one giant disc of pizza. I was suddenly aware of why they seemed so pleased with themselves as they handed it to me, I had previously thought it was due to the long wait. I didn't realize that asking that I get what I paid for and not leaving empty-handed, or a suggestion that perfectly good food doesn't go right in the trash, would upset anyone to the point of such juvenile pettiness like serving an unsliced pizza.

Unrelated, they burn 9 out of 10 pizzas. Especially the hot and ready ones. Check them if you don't want crusty cheese. It seems like at some point they just reset their ovens wrong and refuse to set them back, because it appears that all locations in town were affected at the same time.

My pizza was the wrong pizza, and on top of that there were multiple hairs in it. I called to get it replaced and they offered in-store credit.

It's been over 6 months since I have been able to walk in and buy a "Hot and Ready pepperoni Pizza". Everytime I come in, there are never any pizzas available and I get told that "it will be about a 40 minute wait".
Little Cesar's is not worth waiting 40 mins for, sorry not sorry. My time is worth more than that.
Also, what is the point in advertising that you have "hot and Ready Pizza", when it's never ready?

This is my inflation go to meal when I cant be bothered to cook. If its fresh and hot its normally pretty good. Employees are pretty friendly always.

The prices have gone up dramatically. $ 3.00 more for a veggie pizza than 6 months ago. However, compared to Taco bell or KFC it's still the best value of your money for fast food in town.

Well this WAS my favorite Little Caesars for years. Now the customer service is horrible the younger black dude has zero skills with human interaction. The food isnt as good of quality anymore. The only good employee I've seen there is the older (not high school age) black dude with dreads. He's pretty awesome. Wish he was at counter everytime

Customer service was horrible. Placed my order online needed to have the sauce with light sauce employee seemed put out then hung up on me. Recieved text that my order was ready but they were unable to put it in the portal and to go to the counter. Went to the counter employee treated me like I was dumb and sternly said it was in the portal. Don't think I will be back to that particular one.

Very poor customer service lady on the phone was very short and snappy I was overly nice
When I went in to pick up the order I though I would be nice again the guy walks up slams the pizza on the on counter I try to ask what does he think of the new Batman pizza he says don't know never tried it I assumed it's like the calzone gross I was like ok have a good night not sure what to think of poor customer service

I do the online ordering and pizza portal pickup. For the most part they are right on it and comes on time and the pizza is cooked the way it should be. The staff is friendly and efficient, small location so sometimes it gets crowded

We got 2 cheese pizzas and they was barley any sauce and they were stiff like cardboard. They definitely were not fresh at all. It tasted like they were left out for awhile. We also bought breadsticks and they were not cooked all the way. Very poor quality food. I would give no stars if possible.

Beware: if there is anything missing from your delivery order, Little Caesars will say it's not their fault because of their procedures for 3rd party delivery service DoorDash, and that you have to battle for refund with DoorDash and most likely, DoorDash will not re-deliver your missing items.

This location is ridiculous! They should not advertise "HOT AND READY" because they are never ready. EVER Location on Royal is way bettwr!
