Little Caesars Pizza reviews
10Prices are ridiculous. Dominoes prices went up only a tiny percent compared to this place. Plus the app sucks, wont let you edit your pizza unless you start from scratch, then its way more than the price thats offered on the menu. Pretty greedy with their toppings too. This whole town is a price increase joke.
Love this place and love the food! That being said, the youngsters can hopefully get some better training over the phone. There’s never an upsale and ALWAYS “can I get you anything else, can I get you anything else, can I get…” just monotonous… seems like there just too ready to hang up the phone instead of be of service. Basically had to yell my name because I wasn’t finished ordering and they kept asking my name! Should be happy people are calling keeping you busy and I’m positive the owner would like better reviews than this.
Inflation i guess, but the price doesnt quite match the quality. Just keeps going up and up.and the hours are all over the place. Meh, idk, best to just stick with my home cooked meals i guess.
Staff is always friendly, and the pizza is always piping hot and cheesy! We always call ahead on busy weekend evenings
The pizza is always fresh and staff are helpful. I'm not the biggest fan of any pizza so take my opinion on pizza flavors with a grain of salt, but we always get what we order, it's fresh and when we need to talk to someone, they're helpful.
It is what it is, cheap & sometimes quick pizza, hot and ready is not always hot and ready, sometimes 20+ minutes. Crazy bread and the stuffed crazy bread with some cold marinara, is a classic "go to" with a cold pepsi or root beer.
I use to live it.now Its weird, they lowered their price on hot n ready to 5 55, other places raised it, inflation i guess. But they raised the price of their thin crust by a dollar, extra most bestest regular crust is a dollar cheaper.im so cornfused on what is happening. Also there are a couple new slothy dopey type people working there that have no social or customer service skills. Pft, wrf man.
Its good They just dont ever have Any Hot pre-made Food options available besides bread sticks
The restaurant I usually eat at when I travel was closed, so I drove around and found Little Caesars. They had the peppers out where I could get what I needed.
I appreciate that they are quick! It doesn't hurt that the food is good and affordable in comparison to maybe others in the area.
I do want to warn that delivery is done by a third party delivery company. My delivery driver missed one of my pizzas but when I called them back they said it wasn't their responsibility to get it and that I had to call the corporate number to receive help, which of course sent me to voice-mail. I hope that they are able to hire their own pizza drivers instead of third-party drivers in the future.
Despite this, I gave 5 stars because an employee of Little Caesars personally dropped off the pizza himself. I appreciate that he took time from his job to correct the mistake of that third party delivery driver.
And it was still hot!
