12Jeff and Tyler are great, they know their work in and out, they have my respect. Sherry, i think, was extremely rude and berating after I questioned the cost of services. Wanted my quad to be gotten running but it seems a requested budget or to simply ask for communication in what is needed is frowned upon. Tried to say I didn’t provide required deposit. No structure, no communication. Unfortunately poor experience.
Jeff rebuilt my yz125 for just under 2k and even though it was short lived, when it broke I brought it back and I’m pretty sure it’s covered under his warranty. Thankful for lms for sure
Best local shop took care of all my needs at a fraction of the cost of anyone else I called. Great shop I'd recommend to any riders.
These guys are amazing. Always fast and friendly. Put new plastics and graphics on my bike and did an amazing job. Jeff and Tyler are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only place I take my bikes.

Easily the worst shop I have ever had an encounter with. Rude as hell people with no manners unless your friends with them it seems.
Great service they didn't have the part I needed but they recommended me to someone that did so they helped me get the job done and that's what was important to me
We were traveling on vacation and the handlebars on my motorcycle shifted in transit. They were so nice and accommodating and adjusted them for free! We bought their recommended straps so it wouldn’t happen again. Thank you LMS!

This is a great shop! The owner did the work on my motorcycle and he did a great job, best shop around, after dealing with a couple other shops in Medford I'm glad I found these guys, they are awesome, great customer service and great mechanics
