We began our search for a home a couple of years before we found the folk at LOHR Real Estate.

We met and spoke with many realtors in many places. It took us time to narrow our search to the Eugene area, and we knew only what we had experienced with other realtors. We were not prepared for the level of service provided by Kip and Meredith.

We scheduled a winter visit to Eugene to get to know the area at a time of the year we thought would be challenging to our weather sensitivity. Ahead of our visit, my wife came across LOHR Real Estate while searching the Internet for houses in Eugene, and asked for their guidance. We were immediately contacted by Meredith. She spent the time on the phone we needed, answering all our many questions and collaborating with her colleagues, while preparing for our visit.

Me and my family fell in love with the area soon after our arrival. Meredith was our guide for a three hour tour of the neighborhoods we were considering. This being COVID times, she road in one car, and we road in our own, connected via cell phone as Meredith provided information about the places we explored. It was truly amazing.

Kip and Meredith provided important tips and suggestions that led us to find an ideal home for our family. They remained in close contact for the many months it took for us to find and purchase our home, even providing live virtual tours of homes we were interested in seeing. We lived in another state while we were shopping, and this extra added effort went so above and beyond our prior experiences.

We suffered so many moments of uncertainty and apprehension in the months it took, and the staff at LOHR Real Estate never failed to calm our nerves and minds.

Even after our home closed, we depended on their support. Being new to the area, we needed help finding our way around and locating resources. They continued providing assistance, making our transition much easier.
