This is the most honest and hard working shop I have brought my truck to EVER! I was immediately offered a courtesy ride home/work when dropping off. They really hit every corner of customer service.definitely takes pride in their work and left me feeling like I have nothing to worry about after my truck was fixed! I found my new GO-TO shop for when I'm having vehicle problems for sure!

Lomeli's got me in within a few hours when my brakes needed to be looked at. Was straightforward, easy, and fast.
The part they use failed and needed to be replaced within a couple of months. I went back and they replaced it, and that replacement failed shortly after.

Class A treatment! Shaa, was very professional and communitive. I called around and found shop labor cost of most shops are at $185-$205. Lomeli's is the most affordable and he has not raised to keep up with the other shops. Tech Fred is a diagnostic wiz. Everyone was helpful. Transported me to work and picked me up after car was done. Even washed and vacuumed my car. Who does that anymore. Dealership just gives you a car wash ticket. 10 stars.

My truck broke down in front of their shop and I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were. They were able to get it running and help me on my way fairly quickly.

Been here 3 or 4 times. The techs seem to do good work, but customer service and the business side of things has gone down hill. Last 2 times Ive gone to them they were unable to "find" or fix my (clearly suspension related) issue. Yet, they still kept my vehicle for a day and a half with no communication until I reached out to them to ask what was happening. I wonder when they planned to tell me they hadnt done any work and were not going to lol. Then, I go to pick the vehicle up where I had dropped it off, and it's not there. "Oh, I guess it's at the other shop". I get that the owner is juggling multiple businesses, but c'mon.

They will also try to sell you on a "fuel system cleaning", whether you have fuel issues or not. Always a red flag of a place trying to squeeze you for whatever youll give them. Have since found a more reliable shop that immediately fixed the ~mysterious~ suspension noise. Id avoid these guys! Just too messily run to be worthwhile.

The first couple times we took the truck to Lomeli's and were so happy with the customer service and the work done on our truck. This last time was totally different, exactly the opposite. I don't know if something changed when the moved lcations (they are now located by the golf course) but what happened was, we took the truck in for the alignment and breaks and told them we had $800 to spend, and they said they would look at it and to come back Monday at 4pm to pick up the truck. When I showed up to pick it up, they refused to let me take it unless I gave them $1200 on the spot. Literally keeping my property from me when there was no set amount ever set. I explained that I only had $800 to spend, so a phone call should have been made to me explaining that it would be 1200 and then I would have told them to do what they could with $800 and just given my truck back with the repairs they were able to make with the $800. I am now behind on bills and totally broke because I had to have my truck. Not sure of the legality of this but I'm calling a lawyer and the BBB to find out.

Al and Carlos are awesome they provided options and explained the process of services. They take the time to assist when you come in to the shop unannounced. They are really one top of it! Thanks to the technicians who help diagnose the problem.

Lomeli's has been a BLESSING to me. I have had numerous things done to my Truck, and EACH AND EVERY time Fred and the rest of the team take outstanding care of her.

Had to get some work done on my EVAP system as well as an ABS issue. Got a call back a few hours after dropping the car off with a detailed breakdown of the issues, they even caught something I had forgot to mention. They also offered to repair the damaged wiring harness rather than order a new one and replace it and I was very appreciative that they offered the option.

Front desk girl was friendly and helpful, and communication was good. Quick turnaround time, and all repairs were done the next day. The price was a little high, but to be fair, they came in under the quote - which I was really pleased about.

All in all, a good experience, and I'll certainly bring the car back next time I need work.

This is not a shop to use. All the work I have had done at Lomeli’s, has had to be redone right after the warranty period, or was not done complete or to a standard of any quality. Very disappointed in the communication and service. Some of the mechanics don’t seem to have the skill or ability to do the job right and return your vehicle better then it came in before the repair. Will not use this shop again.

Good! Wonderful people with experience mechanics and wonderful staff. I was pleased and satisfied with there work on my vehicle.

99 Suburban misfiring, got the work done professionally and timely. Will be back for future repairs.

I cannot rave enough about this auto shop. They have a new location at 2065 NE Division St in Portland. I thought I new what was wrong with my Subaru. A water pump amd a new timing belt. This would have been around $1500. When they did their inspection they found it was a thermostat issue and I save almost athousand dollars! They are honest, efficient, friendly, and had my car done in a few days. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thanks again for your amazing service. Will be back again if I ever need service.

This shop is terrible. Please people listen to this. Look at some of the worst reviews as it's the most accurate depiction. My Audi was in shop for WEEKS! I sent in initially for my hood latch and a new reservoir. The hood latch was zip tied and now my car is worse than before I sent it. Just like other reviews have stated he literally focused on other things than what I sent it in for. I have proof of all of these things. It can't be just coincidence that all of the worst reviews are saying the same things. It's really criminal what they are doing to people. I also now see why they kept trying to get me to just let go of my car and get a new one. And they would help me"find another" car. They have a car sales place also! So they are racking up charges on people also and if they can't pay of course they put leins on cars. So they can sell them legally! PLEASE listen people. These people are crooks if the highest order. I'm seriously considering talking to a lawyer and the attorney general of OREGON!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Worked with the dealership to get our car fixed under a recall (we're not the first owner) and saved us a TON of money. Carlos's honesty and helpfulness is not what most people would expect from a mechanic. He's earned my business for life.

These guys found an issue with a part under warranty so they didn’t charge me for it. They are honest and loyal to the customer.

Carlos and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service and resolved an issue with my car. I've noticed intermittent rumbling and other issues for years that other mechanics have been unable to diagnose and fix. Last week, I took my car in without an appointment and they not only diagnosed the problem, but explained how it occurred and what to expect in the future. They were able to finish my car same-day (I was anticipating it to take a couple of days) and it hasn't had issues since! I'm so grateful to have found a reliable mechanic.
