Longboard Louie's East, Bend OR

Only first visit but I'll be back. Great Hot Sauce selection, solid tacos. Other stuff looked good too. Slightly higher prices than I'd like, and some sides even if small would be good. Couple chips with a taco, etc. That being said, I'll be back. They are friendly as well

I had a variety if seafood tacos, all very good. The service was good and we left full and happy. I would recommend the spaz tacos, nice texture and good fish.

They did it again……… they made another *explicit* bomb burrito. Chorizo breakfast burrito is my go to. Best prices in town also.

Fresh, tasty surfer food! I really like the halibut burrito with the fresh tomatillo green salsa with a slice of lime.

Great breakfast tacos. Good selection of house made salsa and a variety of store bought hot sauces.

I never write reviews but I ordered the fajita burrito and it was the worst burrito I have ever had. The horchata was mediocre at best.

Our company ordered several hundred dollars of lunches from here and will never do that again. At first glance I thought the burrito was generous, but it was full of uncooked rice. The shrimp tacos were soggy and bland with an overcooked shrimp inside. Just awful. Several employees reported stomach issues after eating this GARBAGE.

We had chosen Longboard Louies as our caterer for our wedding. We had this booked for several months before the date of the event. The days AND weeks leading up to the event, we called Longboard Louies to confirm several times. All the way up until the day before our wedding, we called to confirm that they would have our food ready. They had already told us that we would have to pick up the food on our wedding date because they could not deliver. That was fine. But we werent getting any sense of professionalism otherwise. On the DAY OF OUR WEDDING at 12: 00pm, the owner of Longboard Louies texts my Mother-in-law asking if there were still making all the food for our wedding. As we were all busy setting up for the wedding, she didnt respond right away. They gave her only ONE HOUR to respond before completely cancelling our order. When we got in touch with them to confirm pickup time for the food, they told us they didnt make ANY OF IT because they didnt hear from us. I have NEVER in my life been so upset at a local business. The complete lack of professionalism and organization is appaling. If they didnt want to complete our order, they should have told us MONTHS AGO. Instead, I had no catering or food on my wedding day and my father in law missed half of our wedding to pickup food from Costco and make it himself. I will never support them again and I will make sure every person I know never does.

I had called and tried to address my card being recharged calmly and was responded with very poor and uncaring response from the manager and she hung up on me. It was very clear she was fed up and did not want to have a conversation with any customer and had acted so when I went to pick up my food and witnessed her with other customers.
I tried to explain that in the past I have ordered additional items alongside a substition and have no been upcharged on the past and have recieved all of my items and she responded with "what do you want with me" and after asking why I was not contacted especially after learning she has personally done this to my card multiple times despite being through a third party service (which violates the terms) she continued with the rude "what do you want" and when i asked for her not to respond in a way that shows she's clearly fed up with me and not interested she hung up.
My only concern was being overdrawn without my consent or being contacted and she did not care and had a very negative and sass driven atritude. I had just paid hundreds to have my baby boy cremated and was concerned about being put in even further debt and this was the response i was given when I tried to ask in a reasonable way. I know how hard it is working in the food industry, but this interaction was bizarre and gross to experience.

As a longtime fan and regular customer of Longboard, I was very disappointed earlier today to come in and receive subpar customer service from a young lady taking orders. A short while later, when some people who entered after me had forgotten their masks, she was incredibly short with and rude to them. This change makes me sad to see a local company that once deserved raving 5 star reviews become what I just experienced.

Additionally, I’m sad that last month certain menu items increased price by over 20 percent and their lime salsa is no longer offered. I love Longboard Louie’s, and hope they do better in the future.

I NEVER go there anymore the Food and Service sucks MUCH BETTER choices in Bend El Sancho's, Don Gambino's and Hablo Tacos food is much BETTER.

The owner seems to like hiring 22-year-old girls that are snotty rude cussing managers the type that as soon as you ask for anything non-standard they roll their eyes and cop an attitude too many good places in Bend to go to then to order from there.

I'm not surprised there parking lot seems to have less and less people in it and everywhere else has a growing customer base

Fresh ingredients and friendly service. Our family has enjoyed Longboard Louie’s East and the previous location for many years. A Bend staple. Ask for the Mango Salsa.

We were in search for a good breakfast burrito early Sunday. There was NOTHING open on the west side where we live, so we made the trek to the East side to Longboard Louies. And it didn’t disappoint.

The chorizo burrito was packed with fresh ingredients and well proportioned so you got a little everything in every bite (not to mention the tortilla was expertly rolled). The salsa bar experience was top notch, and the verde salsa itself was divine.

I will happily make the drive from west to east side at any time of day, no matter how bad traffic is. I’ve finally found my burrito spot in Bend, and my belly is grateful to Longboard Louie’s.

My husband ordered me a couple chicken tacos, very dry, very tasteless. The taco only consisted of chicken, onions and cilantro. They placed the meat in a single corn tortilla so once I picked the taco up, the tortilla ripped & the filling just fell through! My husband also wanted to try their Avocado fried which they have a sign on the sidewalk advertising but they were out! Not impressed whatsoever!

We visited this location for the first time on 7/16/21. Here for vacation, we discovered the west location two summers ago and were so excited to return. We found their website and had our orders ready to go. Imagine our confusion when we got there and discovered that they no longer exist. Take down your old website! I'm sure we're not the only people who have researched ahead of time and gone to your old location only to ended up being fooled. Our visit to the east location was not great. My husband loved his San Lucas burrito. My Hollenbeck burrito with halibut was big but nothing special. The regular enchilada sauce has a smoky taste to it. It took quite awhile to get our food, and the gal working the counter was incredibly rude. The overall experience was a big bummer. Instead of this place being a must-visit every time we come to town, we're now going to explore other places to try.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, hash browns were cold and uncooked, salsa did not seem fresh. Unfortunately it was not edible. In addition last time I was there it was horrible as well. Tried to give them a second chance, but not going to ever go there again.

Great food and I am happy with beer on tap! They did not bug us about masks and very nice servers.will continue to go here!
