Louie's of Ashland reviews
18Friends from the coast, varied tastes, Louie's has it covered. Great service, great atmosphere, right down town. Perfect.
I have been to this restaurant a few times. It is my bestfriends' favorite restaurant in Ashland. We absolutely love the lavender lemon drops! We also love all the healthy options. Today was the first time I ever had them deliver. My work (Butler Acura) ordered us some lunch today and oh my, it came so fast! We all loved what we ordered and it was so cool how they delivered it for free! This may end up becoming a regular thing we do.:)
Food was good, but the cocktails were unbelievable. The cucumber mint gimlet was so delicious! Waiter was very friendly and helpful.
I love this place, the food is exceptional and the outdoor seating is perfect for my boyfriend, me & the dogs! Also, the dog menu is a special touch and has great portions for leftovers for my dogs too!
Wide variety of menu options - regular diet, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free. Nice non-alcoholic beverage choices. Dog friendly patio and staff including a fresh bowl of water for my dog. The service was good, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Outdoor patio very nice.
This place has the best service anywhere! Always had 2-3 people checking on us. It was busy on 4th of July weekend and they got us seated in 5 min. The food was fresh and delicious! Very friendly staff! The food came out super quick too. Would highly recommend!
They seem to strike a good balance between serving the rich tourists and taking care of the locals.
That was then, this is now. They have become known by locals as the place to get overpriced short pours of beer & really poor service. Waited over a half hour for a beer when the place was mostly empty & staff was just standing around. Made eye contact with the bar tender & several servers before finely just going to Creekside Pizza Bistro where the staff is warm & curious.
I wanted to give no stars, but it wouldn't let me post if I didn't make a choice. So one star it is. We waited about 10 minutes to be served and we were not even acknowledged. Not even a I'll be right with ya'll.
Wish I could give more stars! Had a great seat on the patio with our pups. Got them their own great food off of the “Fur Baby” menu! Our burgers were perfect and all of our food was brought out quick! All of the staff were very attentive and so kind!
Probably the best tofu dish I've ever had from a restaurant! And the burgers and fries are some of the best I've had too. Can't believe I've lived in Ashland two years and just now discovered this gem!
Their margaritas are fabulous, and Louie's martini is amazing. Their grilled cheese sandwich (yes I said grilled.cheese) was absolutely incredible, both with and without bacon! Setvice was friendly and efficient
Outdoor dining was lovely!
I had asked for the chicken to be on the side and NO SEASONING. Did not happen. The chicken was on the burger (which was burnt) and had seasoning on it. Very disappointing meal. It will be along time before I order again
We were headed from Portland to San Francisco, and spent the night in Ashland. Ate at Louie's, great food, amazing service. Dog friendly. Cisco. Ama, Brady and Maroun all asked us where we were going, what we were doing, THEY were interested and engaging
Wonderful place
My wife & I stayed at Lithia Springs for Mother’s Day & ordered food from Louie’s via delivery. There was a big problem with our order & we were in no position to take it back. I called & spoke with a very sweet manager & they handled the problem with professionalism & class & took care of us.
Thankyou Louies & thanks to the manager there
Mid afternoon on a Saturday. Not crowded, maybe 20% capacity. Long wait for server to take order. VERY long wait to get our beverages. The girls' drinks seemed short, mine was flat out wrong. Seems like it could be a nice place, but we didn't get that experience.
This is my "go to" spot for visitors from near and far. From the lovely setting by the creek to the amazingly diverse menu, it is just hard to beat. And the prices are so reasonable too! You may even see Louie, the owner, busing tables.
The customer service is amazing and so is the food. The restaurant is very clean and has a welcoming vibe. We stopped here expecting a quick bite and got exactly that. The food was put quick and we couldn't be happier with our experience
They’re always fast to seat you and the food has a wide variety so everyone can find something good! Also I don’t know his name but the host with the blonde hair is great at his job and deserves some recognition!
