The amount of flies in the establishment is ridiculous they really need to take care of that problem especially because they have 2 restaurants.

Bad service at the churches chicken. I ordered a combo didn't get my drink, utensils and got cold wedges. The drink machine is broken so I had to use the store drink machine and it was extremely watered down lemonade. Yuck.

AMAZING PLACE ALL THE WAY AROUND STAFF IS AMAZING THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY COFFEE IS GREAT THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ARE DISGRUNTLED EX EMPLOYEES I HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN SOME HAVE COME IN TRYING TO START PROBLEMS I WILL ALWAYS STOP HERE FOR MY TRAVELING NEEDS OUTSTANDING PLACE AND EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS NICE AND POLITE AND UNDERSTANDINNG

Great service, but the flies are no good! I have to wave my hands to defend my food, constantly. While I order my food their all over in my face. The drink station it's like 20 flies. Landing on my face. Terrible. I'm sorry to give a complaint I know you work very hard. Please fix this.

Warning! I pulled in to sleep here on 06/15/21 and within an hour had several people obviously on meth lurking around my car (even in a well lit area just on the side of the convenience store). At one point a man was peeking through my windows which were cracked because it was hot. I yelled at him and he ran away. Staff and cops in the area did their best to be helpful but I would not recommend sleeping here.

Love that you can pump your own gas! The water spigot is very helpful for radiators/cleaning and they're right next to the gas pumps. Also the windshield washer stations were full of fluid.

Nice gas station with friendly staff. Prices are great and the soda is wonderfully cold! Great place to stop for gas or snacks!

Land of great folks. Bathroom is clean. Food is great. Many options. I've read about the Meth-head problem (read). Can't find Hunter. As cunning as Waldo. Respect one another and it's always a good life.

Wow! From a flat to fixed in less then 1.5 hours. AJ, Shane and Bobby all got everything in order to get my tire fixed and me back on the road. Very professional and deserving a great review. Thanks guys!

Incredible staff! I'm so grateful for these employees! I hope they get the pay they deserve! They are outstanding humans!

I came back around and ooh boy was I dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the shower. There were towels left from the previous customer behind the door and the shower was still soaking wet with hair in the drain. The floor was not swept or mopped. These are the only showers we get to use for weeks, they should be clean. This is unacceptable.

Had my very first break down as a new trucker i met SHANE and BOBBY these 2 guys were all alone cranking out jobs and working hard I couldn't believe that they were so pleasant but yet under so much pressure from the amount of jobs that kept rolling in my hat goes off to those guys

Tire shop is great. They sold me a quality used tire and replaced a trailer marker light. Nighttime cashier on the gas side not so much. I'm a diamond status commercial driver. Oregon has no refills due to covid. Told the cashier I had refill credits and she charged me for drinks anyhow. When I questioned her as to why she charged me points she told me next time tell me you have refill credits. I said I did tell you and you charged me anyhow so she repeated "next time just tell us you have refill credits". She should have refunded my points and charged me properly. Make sure you repeat yourself at least 3 times to this one.

Ok the heavier set lady that worked at subway on Feb 22nd right before closing has an attitude problem she always does.
She's shaking her head and talking s*** to the nice burnett woman that was working.
I didn't know subway is closing at 10 now, I had been coming there for many years late night, granted it had been awhile.
The funny thing is, in the past employees of loves have said "she always has an attitude".
So I ask this.
How do people that lack two out of the three essential skills needed to hold a position keep their position?
There used to be something called accountability, especially in a work place.

Tire pass down. I only went to loves to get tires checked w tirepass. I asked staff inside how long it's been down, clerk said for months, then said they are " waiting on a part or technician, or somehing like that" personally, I dont think it's broken, and if it is they arent trying to fix it. Most staff hate the tire pass because it involves work. It not working is a direct reflection of Manuel the managers abilities. And it must get old for clerks to make up false excuses about why it's not working. Reported to HQ as well. Get it working, or end it. Press like if helpful.

There's plenty of parking for big trucks, bean to cup coffee, the employees were friendly, it was clean, the ladies room was clean, & no long lines.

Not bad at all. Restrooms were a bit used but probably caught them between cleanings. Loves is always a safe stop.
