Tried to assist us with something but unwilling to listen to what we were saying completely before telling us what to buy

This is my least favorite hardware store. The selection is hit or miss. I'm much happier with Home Depot for a big box but most prefer my local, in town Ace locations. My dislike of Lowes goes back to when they purchased the Eagle Hardware chain in Seattle and converted them to Lowes. They ruined what was the best hardwsre chain ever. I go to Ace regularly, Home Depot next, Lowes last.

I really like shopping here but it seems they are out of garden stuff I need too often. Great garden cart on our service, tho. Great assortment of summer items for your patios. I especially like their assortments of soaps/cleansers and insecticides. There is so much more here. I always need them.

This place never has enough people working their checkout lines. Place only has two lines open with 30 people in line their competitor next door has self checkout

On-line order for new washer not processed in 6 days. Lowes did not respond to my e-mail. Did not answer customer service telephone line. Buy on-line from Lowe's at your own risk. I sure won't do it again!

Small selection of products, home decor is sub par. Checkout not easy. Staff difficult to find.

I ordered a 4.3-cu ft.high efficiency Top-Load washer on January 7th; it was delivered on the 10th.

I am very pleased with the fact that Lowe's had a washer that I wanted, could deliver it in a timely fashion and the 2 workers that delivered it were knowledgeable and friendly.

Also, the few times I have visited the Lowe’s Bend location the staff were very helpful.

Much cleaner than the other place around the corner. I LOVE that they keep their lumber carts inside. Somehow I cant ever get everything I need at either big box home improvement place So I end up going to both 90% of the time.lumber selection always seems to be way better, culled, and stocked than HD.

Only reason why is customer service when asked to find something is not hoping you will find it by short instructions and then not being there show a sign of inconvenience. Why I shop at Lowe's and not Homedepo was the continued signs of inconvenience to a customer.

I go here mostly for my housekeeping needs. Clean store, never a long line! I could easily spend all day in here, love it! Dog friendly! Don't be surprised to see your local neighbors bring in their pets!

I do the house care and DIY projects in my house. My experience is this is a solid Lowe's. Good inventory and super helpful staff. Lumber is the only thing I have issues with sometimes bc their cutter isn't always available for the thicker cuts of wood.

A clean looking home improvement store, prices are relatively fair. Employees will help you out if you ask them

The overall experience was great. I placed an order online the day prior for store pickup. The store had the inventory in stock and all was pretty painless. Until I went the the store that I was supposed to pick up from. Their online system that employees use for online orders was down. Even though I had my emailed receipt and order list, they couldn't hand it over. The order had already been picked, and they had it ready and could have been identified looking at the awaiting pick up stickers that were all over my items.

The employee asked me to come back in an hour. When I called an hour later to check, their system was back online. I called because I was not making another trip for naught.

I haven't ruled lowes out, but I will keep this transaction in mind for future purchases.

We purchased a lamp there and when we went back to get bulbs. They did not carry that light bulb.

Found exactly what I needed after asking for help. The assistant that helped me was awesome and very friendly her name was Lisa and she works in tools if you need someone friendly!

Well there is a first for everything. I usually expect to go to Lowe's and be on my own to find the things I need but today they were helpful and attentive. Maybe it's the holiday season? Both gents who help were Vets, known by their camo vests, maybe that's went they were so great today? Either way, good trip, I found what I needed and the service was great. Thanks Lowe's
