Coffee is always consistently good, staff is friendly and efficient.
Being going for years.
Weekdays are best as the weekends get very crowded.

Employees at this particular Lowes have consistently been unhelpful and borderline rude. There have been dozens of times that I have asked for help with having a length of conduit or chain cut to size, only to be met with "ok, I guess" while the employees just walk away. I wouldn't shop here at all if it wasn't preferred by my employer.

I had a problem in the store last week and asked to talk to the store manager. He was very courteous and explained the store policy to me. He went out of his way to help and me, and made me feel like they really cared about their customers. That will definetly be my first stop for all of my homecare needs. Kudos to Paul for handling my questions with patience and care.

On March 4,2022, we went in and ordered a dishwasher. A measurement needed to be made and a Lowe's contract installer was assigned to do this. It was to have taken place within 24-48 hours. The contractor, in a call, offered he was behind schedule.and this went on up until March 19th.

Persistent calls to the Appliance section and to the contractor generated only excuses, promised call-backs (of only which one occurred), and the contractor blaming Lowe's for his not understanding how their relationship is supposed to work.

Today we cancelled the order.

Clearly there is a disconnect between Lowe's and its contracting service, as well as a lack of meaningful customer service and follow-up. All that was needed was for the Appliance section to have the less than stellar contractor replaced immediately with a contractor who was responsible, the measurements retaken, and the washer installed ASAP.

This never happened.

We'll never consider a major purchase again from this store which is a shame. They get one "star" only because at least one has to be marked to post the review.

My 5 stars is dedicated to Nolan in the flooring department Specifically. He stayed after his scheduled time to help us find some some flooring that wasnt supposed to be in stock, but he found a box. Nolan we appriciate you man, I hope your manager sees this and at the very least offers to buy you lunch as a bonus or something, he deserves something! Best customer service I have ever had between Redmond and Bend Lowes by far. Your a champ Nolan!

It is hit or miss if they have what I need and hit or miss the person helping me is actually a help. Their pickup system is decent and their return department is usually simple.

Nothing like having a company steal your deposit with a incompetence.luckily there's always home depot I will not be returning.

Good experience finding & getting the merchandise I needed from a very helpful & informative Sale Associate in the paint department! He answered a couple of my questions in great elaborate detail, very informative on every little thing but his zeal for his job & friendliness to his customers, not just me, was refreshing! Later while in the Garden dept, a couple of Sales Associates that walked by asked if I was finding things ok! I've been to the Redmond Lowes several times & a few times I've had to seek & ask for help but always have gotten the help I need. I would have given a 5 star rating but this time I was there, they only had self check out open which being disabled & in alot of pain from shopping, I was greatly disappointed & the woman checker that was helping people seemed a little put out that she had to help me repeatedly saying it was easy. Until she came across a problem with an item! I thanked her before I left with no response! Like alot of workers these days, she's most likely over worked so I chalked it up to her having a bad day like we all have at times! Oh & I found out they will close the check outs & only have self check open in the evenings so I'll make a point to go earlier in the day! I love Lowes! ️? ️?

I wish they had better customer service. I just went to order kitchen cabinets… there were no other customers around… but they would not help me, she would only set an appointment for next week.

When a customer is standing in front of you wanting to spend thousands… and you treat them indifferently, don’t expect them bother to coming back.

I appreciate that Lowe’s has a veteran’s discount but for customer service (for years now) we have felt Lowe’s blows.

If I could give 0 stars to customer service I would. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone to return a faulty bathtub that was manufactured with a crooked drain. She ask for date purchase and receipt number and said they would gladly return or exchange to product so I drove the 30 minutes to Redmond to do so. Once arriving I spoke with a horrible incompetent service desk man that refused to return the tub even though it was never installed. Joel was his name. He refused to do anything to help and all he could say is they couldn’t return it and I was stuck with this pile of garbage because I was outside the 90 day return window. He wouldn’t even check the receipt. I counted to days and explained to him it was only 83 days since purchased finally he did the math one the date and checked the receipt. He returned the item finally. I will never do business with Redmond Lowe’s again. It is lazy incompetent workers like Mr Joel at customer service that bring the rest of their company down and I can only hope they find some better help soon before he fails to help other customers making them shop elsewhere.

Man, I cannot count how many times I have gone into this store and walked out empty handed! Over and Over. Not always, but usually I can find what I'm looking for at home depot who typically is $1 cheaper than Lowes for similar products. However, I have found great products, service and prices for products at Miller Lumber in town, and Oregon Wholesale Hardware Inc in Bend. Support local family owned business as much as you can, I have found competitive prices at these family owned businesses. End result: Lowes tends to be my backup, to my backup.

(forgot to mention how I was rudely ignored by 4 employees behind the customer service counter with no customer but me waiting for a few minutes, So I just kindly asked the one question I had about returns on clearanced items.and was treated like I was interrupting something deathly important.retail 101.the customer is #1) I only go back when I have to.

I ordered a snow blower that was supposed to be available for pick up on 12/31. As of today 1/6/22 it is still in transit, now in North Dakota. I am giving 1 star because I feel Lowes provided an unrealistic pick up date. The order did not show the originating location as being New Jersey. Had I know that I would have made this purchase elsewhere. I only know this because of the tracking #.
