Lowe's Home Improvement, Medford OR

I've been standing in this aisle for 30 mins. I've walked around for 22 mins and no one is here to help me or points to where I might be able to find someone and no one is around or willing to help. Go to home depot.

Couldnt get any help anywhere. Customer service couldnt even tell me where tool belts were it was Oh I think there over there in one of those aisles just got over there and walk the aisles and look as you go. HOME DEPOT HERE I COME. I will NEVER shop lowes again.

Was looking for sanders, there is a slim selection, but has beautiful hardware and great variety of paints

Staring at lawnmowers for 30 minutes and not one employee bothered to ask if I needed help. Bought a mower on Amazon instead smh

Look for a hammer. I got passed by several times by associates with no help. Finally had to find someone to help. Didnt try to find it so I left.

Received great directions from 2 separate employees whom offered assistance without me needing to ask. Then the self checkout malfunctioned and the employee there implied I was stealing before assisting me.

Very pleasant experience in returning something purchased on line. Christmas lights are on sale 50% off.

Store is very disorganized. Been living here for almost two years and it is the most sloppiest Lowes I have been in. There are to many safety issues and tripping hazards. There PSA team needs to pickup the pace a lot. Manager has no control on there Presentation.

Amazing as usually found what we needed super quicly. Multiple employees asked us if we needed help or could answer any questions and the lines at the front were super short

Was not busy. Found 2 out of 3 item on sale. That I needed for work. Except the fast Express machine eat my receipt

Nice staff, seems like inventories are always low. Often can't find what I need.
Seems like seasonal staff doesn't care to even try to answer questions.

Lowe's offers a much appreciated 10% discount to all military personnel and veterans. However they seem to be cutting back on customer service. There are long waits for assistance in departments and in loading.

Very unhelpful hard to get help at this place. I'd rather go to home Depot. St least they want to help you there.

Barely any contractor parking, and people who are obviously not contractors Park in contractor parking area

BEST BLACK FRIDAY EXPERIENCE EVER! Store was well stocked, employees cheerful and helpful. Store manager personally helped me find everything on my list and treated me like royalty! Bakery donuts and coffee to top it off. THANK YOU, LOWES!

Asked paint department to set aside something they said they had in stock. Told me it would be waiting in my name. No one could find it when I arrived. Luckily they had some in neutral and could mix it for me but took 20minutes I did not have to spare.

Customer service was non existent tonight. Not even eye contact from at least 3 associates who walked passed me

Every courteous and helpful staff. They have a wide selection of products. We came in to buy building supplies and found really nice boards for a good price.

Ran out of deck stain. Called up ordered some more. They were busy but it was ready when I got there. Thank you Lowes!

Although Im a Home Depot fan, I like Lowes pretty much. Kind of the white collar version of Home Depot (blue collar). Like a hardware store that cleaned up and took a shower and dressed up for dinner kind of place.
