4Very helpful and friendly staff. Rented 4 bikes for 2 days and toured around Sunriver.
Super easy to rent here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got bikes for our kids with training wheels, a tag along bike and adult bikes. Rates were comparable to everything else here. Got our bikes and were riding within 20minutes. They have a large selection of bikes. Helmets were included in rental cost.
Seriously so impressed with these guys! Their team went way above and beyond to help me find the right full suspension bike for my body build, riding preferences, and price point. I've had multiple great encounters with their staff. Scott, the owner, is specifically rad and truly cares that you are on the right bike. He never made me feel pressured and has personally gone out of his way to source me a bike that accommodates my tricky dimensions. I have been to every single bike shop in Bend/Sunriver/Sisters and have not had this good of an experience anywhere else. Lucky Chucky's has my life long business. I could not recommend them more highly. Great job guys. Keep it up!
