Very good quality clothing.i bring my daughter here all the time to get her some “hip” “preppy”and “cool” clothing that a lot of her friends wear.the clothing lasts a very long time, and they offer free hemming and repairs on pants.the staff are also very nice

I have have been a regular patron of Lululemon for years, having just relocated back to Eugene I went to pick up a couple of items from this store. Despite being one of 2 customers in the store, no one greeted me or offered any assistance. The lady at the checkout couldn’t muster a smile or even a hello. Always had a great experience with the quality of clothing, but the current staffing compliment could do with some customer service training. If I’m about to spend $300 on a couple pairs of leggings, a smile would go a long way.

Negligent, apathetic employees at this location. The cashier left the security tag on my leggings then after over an hour’s drive home when I called the store about this they said I had to ship the leggings to Lululemon myself to have it removed. Are you joking? Due to your cashier’s negligence I have to ship my item to Lululemon & wait for it to be shipped back to me just to remove the security tag. Do not patronize this store. Horrible customer service. Lululemon desperately needs proper customer service training throughout their corporation as this is a problem at more than one location and it is severely impacting the brand. Employees not attending to customers but only hustling commissions is poor customer service and unethical business practices. Lululemon your employees are destroying your brand!

DON’T DO ONLINE PICKUP ORDERS
first, i called to make sure the leggings i wanted were available as i was about to drive two hours round trip.the lady on the phone was so helpful and kind.she said they were still available so I went ahead and purchased them on the lululemon app for pickup here.in the store, however, the lady at the register was quite rude and was acting like i really inconvenienced her for picking up my order.she seemed miserable, had no manners, and didn't smile once.there was no one in line.she didn’t have to find anything.the order was already in a bag.it was paid for already on the app.i just needed her to hand it to me.she also seemed to have no clue what was happening.after looking puzzled for 5 minutes, she finally decides to ask someone else what to do.when she comes back, i give her my ID that i had ready the whole time.she examines that, and says “okay” and hands me the bag.yeah no problem lady.a “thank you” wouldn’t have hurt, especially after shelling out $100 on leggings.as i was leaving, the alarms at the door went off.yes, i should’ve went back in, but i just wanted to get out of there after feeling like a nuisance.when i got back to my dorm, i realized the security tag was still on.really!? There were multiple employees there, but mistakes happen i guess.lululemon support told me the only thing i could do would come back and offered a $20 gift card.i won't be returning to this location and a scrunchie doesnt make up for this experience.when i went to Nike for leggings, they had a line of customers, but staff still spoke to me with decency there, and i paid nearly half the price, so i recommend going there.

My mom and I love Lululemon leggings and went in to buy at least 3 pairs between us today. We walked in and while some employees were helping customers, others weren’t doing much. We were not greeted by any of the staff, not asked if we needed help even after we were 2 out of 3 customers in the store. It felt like we were being completely ignored while the other customer was getting great service. We are both a little bigger and the customers getting good (or any) service were smaller. It’s hard to think that our lack of service wasn’t due to our size. That is especially frustrating since they have a sign on their door saying they do not tolerate discrimination.

Lululemon is a premier clothing shop, as you know, and my experience is typically wonderful. Although, the last time I went in there was a gentleman that worked there and he was very rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but it is unacceptable to treat patrons in such a way.

I had an absolute wonderful experience tonight. I had very short time frame and there was two girls in there, a gal with super dark hair and red hair that blew my mind on their kindness! They helped me gather the things I needed and made me feel so special! Lulu lemon should be soooo honored for these girls! A very kind location! Visit as much as you can!
