Love Tim his work is amazing. He really takes pride in his craft. I've been his client for 4 years now and I won't go anywhere else.

It's just ok. Employees are very nice but the result is just ok. I get acrylics and they are always lumpy when I get them done here. Last time I had a crooked nail and the lady wouldn't fix it.

Have been a client of Luna Nails & Spa for years. Convenient parking on-site, talented and professional Nail Technicians, staff, Estiticians, and owner. Definelty recommend.

Thr lady was sweet but she did an awful job the photos say it all. Not coming back $65 worth?

Luna nails always does a great job with my nails. Everyone’s so nice! I always have Tim do my nails, he is super speedy and good at what he does! He also builds personal relationships with his clients, especially the ones who always go to him like my mom and me. His nails are always very sturdy and last a good long time!

This is hands down my favorite nail place in Sherwood. Always nice, professional and easy to get an appointment. I always see Tim and he always makes my nails look great!

The service has to be really bad for me to leave a review like this, but after 4 horrible experiences back to back. I feel like I have to.

I only get pedicures every few months because I work a lot and have kids, so it’s something I totally look forward to. Every time I go I pay extra for their pedicure that includes an extra long massage. Today when I went in, on a Monday morning when they were slow, my pedicure was so fast and rushed through that everyone that had been already in the middle of a pedicure when I got there was STILL getting theirs when I left. I was honestly shocked when he told me I was done. In the beginning the employee asked me twice to make sure I knew what package I wanted, so I know that wasn’t an issue.

Every time you come here there will be an employee that walks around with a clipboard reminding the person doing your service to hound you for more services, at least 2-3 times while you’re there. Be prepared, it’s aggressive. But not nearly as aggressive as they’ll get when it comes time to pay.this is probably the most uncomfortable part of it all! I’ve handed them my card before and had the woman LOOK IN MY PURSE and say “no, no, no, you have cash! I want cash payment“ they very clearly do everything they can to take cash payment only so they don’t have to put it on the books. It’s very unprofessional and icky feeling. And god forbid you do pay with a card, they’ll sit there with their face 4 inches away from the receipt to make sure they get a tip. Not sure if they think that’ll get them a bigger tip.but the whole experience is very uncomfortable.

Seriously… take your money anywhere else.
