This is definitely my new place for my nails. Aleesha, thank you so much for the outstanding customer service. She got me in today and even stayed later to do a manicure. My hands and feet feel so good and thank you for making me feel so welcomed. The owner is also very sweet and decorated so cute!

Had the best pedicure in years here today and will definitely be back! They took their time and were very precise and careful. Friendly staff and a nice interior that was peaceful and relaxing.

Ridiculously poor customer service and no professionalism at all by the owner, Lily. An unleashed pit bull was roaming the shop. The dog was sweet but not well-trained and actually fled the shop when the door was opened. Owner loudly and openly disparaged a customer with COPD as soon as she left, calling her a “Baby” for asking her to wave to her when ready while she waited in her car. The owner was running late but she loudly mocks an elderly woman with COPD for not wanting to wait around for her? Appalling behavior. Another tech loudly complained to anyone who would listen about a prospective customer calling “for the third time today. ” Nails were well-done by Ashlee and Becky. But cannot overlook the nastiness of Lily and Natalia. Avoid this place.

Before making an appointment I asked the cost of acrylic nails w/gel polish for fingers & just lacquer for pedicure. No art, etc. I assumed a manicure is included in their prices. But not! They told me the cost would be $120. Before my quality manicurist retired I was paying about $80 for the same thing. $40 more for is outrageous. She said they were REALLY special shop.who cares. I already had that for much less. UGH!

I'm so happy with service here. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Everyone was kind and made wonderful conversation. She did amazing and nailed the design I came in asking for.
