Manu is absolutely the best! Her technique and customer service is amazing. She’s patient and thorough! As a bonus, she makes you comfortable in what could other use be an awkward situation. While being extremely satisfied from how professional Manu is, I’ve also been so happy with my results! Will definitely continue to come back for all of my laser hair removal needs.

It is difficult to navigate the beauty industry in general, but the technicians at Luxe are professional and willing to go over any and all aspects of your experience.

They are LGBT friendly and have been a wonderful help getting started on taking care of hormonal hair growth.

I highly recommend, I have been seeing manu for laser hair removal. I started seeing results after my first session. Manu makes me feel comfortable, has great communication & does great with reminding/teaching me about the before and after care.

Would highly recommend this place for laser hair removal. I have had laser done a few other places and this was by far the best experience. Their lasers shoot a blast of cold air simultaneously with the laser so it is not painful at all. And the lasers are highly effective. Also the clinicians are wonderful and their customer service is quick and reliable. Prices are also great in comparison to other places. Highly recommend!

It was my first time getting a hair laser removal done and I’m glad that I picked Luxe Laser! Emma was the one that did it and she was very gentle and very imformative about the whole process!

I’ve had a great experience with laser so far. After the first few treatments I wasn’t noticing much long term change, though the hair death was apparent. Since after the 4th session, I have less grow out and smoother skin between visits. I would definitely choose Luxe again and am glad I got scheduled with Emma. She is friendly and professional, and the chats and stress-ball to squeeze help me through the (mild) discomfort!

I just had my first treatment at Luxe and the experience was great. Throughout the process they've been super informative about what the treatment is, how it will and won't work, and MOST importantly were friendly and kind. My tech, M- P-, even laughed at my super nervous mom jokes. The treatment itself - I mean, they're burning the hair off my face with a freaking laser - but I was able to pause and regroup as needed. Also, A+ allies card - they pre-answered most of the questions girls like us might have and were able to answer the specific ones I had. I felt seen as me and like I belonged there.

Hands Down. I got 90% of my body lasered here over a 3 year period. I recently had to leave Portland but I miss Luxe. Felicia was amazing and I highly recommend them 100%

Truly a safe space for all people, and the care, attention to detail, professionalism and compassionate bedside manner was always wonderful.

I can speak to results… it works! I’ve been overjoyed at the results and my partner always comments that I have the smoothest skin they’ve ever or felt. Truly buttery results. I sometimes find myself wondering how I ever dealt with the pain of shaving. Never Again.
