In the spring of 2022, I needed to find a place to store my higher end 45' motorhome. I wanted and indoor location that could provide electrical so the batteries would remain charged. I called a lot of places and nothing was available in greater Portland area even as far south as Salem or up I5 through Longview. I finally found Luxury Vehicle Care and called. They did not have room either for such a large vehicle but instead of just saying no they worked to see what they might do to help. So I went to their location to see how it would workout. It is a very nice facility and they were pretty much packed to the gills. While talking with one of the storage managers I commented that I need to fix several items and then try to sell my coach. I was told John would call me and he did promptly. If I put the coach on consignment with them then they would store the coach for free and that they could do most of the work at a lower cost than a dealer. A couple of the issues took a lot of diagnosis but they did all the work I could have asked for. They also prepped the coach for sale. Each and every team member is a pleasure to work with and is committed to excellent work. I couldn't be happier with their performance.

John was wonder to work with doing the consignment. He knows his business. We sold the coach in a very reasonable time for a reasonable amount of money. John was never greedy and worked with me to make sure I was happy.

Buyer Beware! Bought an RV online from them they guaranteed that they would go through everything since they were equipped to service RVs I drove from Las Vegas stayed in a hotel for three days waiting for them to finish the walk-through to make sure everything was functional and ready to go. Nothing could have been further from the truth. They didn’t do the work I got on the road and started heading back the RV drives really good but it was cold out so I couldn’t test the AC properly until I got to a warmer climate I had two air conditioners out of the three that did not work The leveling system for the rig did not function properly and the water pressure from the holding tank needed to be fixed as well I’m not sure why I had to stay in a hotel for a few days while they did nothing I drove it straight to a repair place and it was $9000 to repair although the salesman hung in there and paid for part of the repair It was just a horrible experience with a dishonest business they make you feel like they’re doing you a solid and really they are doing nothing. Sorry if this hurts LVC it’s always the truth that hurts.

Great staff and service! I've kept my camper van in their covered storage facility for a few years and it was well worth the $. And, the vehicle looks better than when I'd purchased it thanks to their detailer. They kept my battery on a maintainer, and when I wanted to take it out, I just had to call and it was waiting for me, outside, when I requested it. A top notch outfit I'd recommend to anyone.

I bought a used car from this place after seeing an ad on Craigslist. This is not typically what they do here. This place sells amazing luxury vehicles, RVs, and Boats and then stores them for customers or details them. John, the salesman was absolutely awesome and we agreed on a price immediately (it was one hell of a deal for myself.) John wanted nothing less than perfection for the car he was selling me. He is a great dude and I would highly recommend this place for anyone in this kind of luxury car market or if you’re looking for a place to store your vehicle.

Best place to store your RV. Valet parking, so you don't have to worry about trying to park your RV in a tight spot. They provide top-notch service as well. The facility is heated and secure. You get what you pay for.

I traded in a car and purchased a car from John Tarzaban. He was polite, friendly and attentive to all details. I left a message and he promptly called me back. We have used LVC for RV storage for the past three years. They have been really great to work with. Excellent storage facility, really friendly and efficient staff. Their service allows for clean and secure storage maintaining the condition and value of our RV. Superb customer service!

Luxury Vehicle Care has been our Travel Trailer's home for years. We love the fact that the storage center is climate controlled (No winterizing needed!). We also love that they have repair services on site - so our rig can get cleaned, maintained, and cared for between our trips. And finally, a long-standing commitment to customer service has been a cornerstone of this storage facility.

I have stored my motorhome with them for 3 winters. It has always been clean, dry and ready to go in the spring when I wanted it. They keep the batteries charged and respond promptly when I ask them to retrieve it for use. I also had need for temporary storage of my 2 classic cars when I had smoke damage in my garage. They were quick to allow me to bring them out and found space for them even though space was at a premium because of the winter crowds.

If possible I would rate LVC 10 stars. Excellent facility - warm, clean, reasonable rates and the staff is exceptional.
