My Experience
I am SUPER pleased with the body and paint work done to my vehicle! My baby was backed into. It messed up my rear bumper, tailight, paint, and other issues underneath. They fixed it all up, painted it, and got my baby all pretty again. AND. THEY CLEANED MY VEHICLE! I honestly am embarrassed to admit that I ended up getting busy prior to drop off and did not clean out the inside of my car, and they did! WHOA! THANK YOU! So I finish this with a VERY VERY HIGH recommendation for the business! If you're considering Mackin's, USE THEM! You won't be disappointed!

This is our third time back because each time we have been very satisfied was the service and repairs. There is a reason they are busy every time we go in. I have first hand experience with body and paint work and Makin's does great work.

The team at Mackin's did a stellar job repairing my 2016 4-runner and even finished a day early! The staff was just an added bonus to the great quality of work accomplished. I had an excellent experience with Mackin's. I was able to make an appointment for the initial evaluation easily and all my questions were answered. Service was scheduled for a couple weeks later. They arranged a rental car for me and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. It was completely seamless from start to finish 10/10!

Very nice people to work with Steve is a really great guy. I love that I got text messages for the updates on my vehicle. They have a car rental place next door and had told them I was coming so they would be ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs so I could have my rental available without a long wait. Such great customer service everyone said hi to me as they walked by me, it makes you feel good and makes you want to come back if you ever have to hopefully I won’t get hit again. My dad was an auto body specialist and I grew up around paint and repairs I’m picky and trust me I have not accepted my car several times from other places and made them replace parts and start over. So if I say go here take a chance and try them out I think you will be very happy.

I highly recommend Mackins auto body not only do they do an amazing job fixing your vehicle but they have over the top customer service! They treat their customers with respect as a repeat customer I have never felt like they were too rushed when dealing with me. Steve and Eliseo were so good at keeping me updated. They take the time to get to know their customers talk to you make you feel welcome. And a big shout out to Omar he is their detailer not only does he do a great job detailing but he came and picked me up so I could get my truck he is a great driver and very respectful young man I truly enjoyed visiting with him on the drive! Thank you Mackins for a job well done!

I had an accident which left a hole in my side panel. For the second time (our send accident) we brought our car to Mackin’s because we’ve had such good service from them. Today Eliseo Cortes was amazing at going over the guarantee and all the repairs that were done on my car. They not only wash the outside but detailed the inside! I highly recommend them it’s nice having good quality work in a smaller town.

I had a great experience at Mackin’s! I got into an accident the other day and was unsure what to do, when I brought my car into their shop they were extremely helpful and honest. Everyone there is super friendly, they rock!

Mackin’s Auto body in Canby is fantastic. I went to them for a repair on my car after it had been scraped pretty good. We were working through a business insurance to cover the cost and it all went so smooth. On top of that, I needed my car to be available the next week when they were wanting to do the repair and they said “well how about you leave it today and we will get it done by next week” it was done within a couple days! They did a fantastic job. They also went the extra mile and vacuumed my messy sand filled car. If I ever need to use an auto body shop again, I’ll definitely be going back to Mackin’s

Eliseo was so helpful when I took my van in to took at fixing the door. It was a smooth painless process. I am so happy with it being fixed to like new condition! Very reasonable in price. They are so friendly and welcoming. I'm new to Canby and love the small town community environment and friendliness this business provides. I will be a life long customer.

I had a great experience with Mackin's! They explained the process really well and communicated throughout the job via text so I knew how it was going. They hustled to get my car done quick because they knew it was my only mode of transportation. Steve in particular is very personable and obviously loves what he does!

Steve and his team at Mackin’s in Canby did an incredible job on the repair of our car. We hadn’t need body repair services for 20 years and wasn’t sure what level of service to expect. From the initial quote, I knew our car was in good hands. Steve and his team handled everything with top notch customer service and professionalism. Everything with the insurance, was taken care of. After dropping off the vehicle, I received regular text updates of what stage of repair the car was in. I didn’t have to worry or wonder. The car was ready 2 days early and looks as new as when we bought it! So pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Mackin’s in Canby!

Always friendly and very thorough on the repairs estimate. Their communication was great. They always sent us updates on the repairs about price and time of completion. We will definitely use them again.

Everyone there at Mackin’s Auto Body were extremely polite, professional, honest and did excellent work. Even finished the work on my vehicle early, then they were nice enough to stay late so I could pick my vehicle up so that way I could drive it to the coast where I was on my way to when I got the text from Mackin’s. Very impressed all the way around. It is just so hard to find good personable and respectful customer service, but that is all you find at Mackin’s, nice to know that it is still out there. Steve and the crew are incredible. They send you updates regarding vehicles status, and Steve is
excellent at communicating every detail. Steve even went out of his way to return my garage opener when I left it in the rental.and this was after they had already closed. The customer service and professionalism of Mackin’s Auto Body in Canby is unmatched. Thanks guys!
