Macy's, Tigard OR

Went to buy some work shoes and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed right away.

Macy's is always great so helpfull I'd like to thank then in men's fragrance department "he loved it" thank you so much.

Besides the excellent customer service, I REALLY appreciated that the associate sanitized the surfaces before and after my transaction.

They don't have any signs.saying they have two lines.and half the employees.don't know anything! So, driver's get a really hard time! From their employees thier! Remember! We are helping, to keep you employed.at this time! Otherwise they wouldn't order from you.on rush delivery!

I really went through really bad experience at Macy’s Tigard today at Lancome section the lady there was super super rude was not there when I get there looked around for 10 or more minutes till I got helped she came was so rude just asked about the perfume that I want to buy, answered in a very short temper that it’s sold out, was still talking to her to ask when it will be available, she left me talking and went to see another customer. I am really so disappointed in Macy’s and a brand like Lancôme to hire those rude sales people. The customer service is the worst.

Very friendly helpful staff today. Store and bathroom very clean. Nice mall to get out and feel the healing energy of real people, -)

That is the worst place to shop I think for one I couldn't even walk around with something in my hand without security following me all through the store. I mean I don't think I look like a thief I certainly have never stolen from there and I don't steal anymore anyways I used to when I was a kid so I put a ban on Macy's don't ever go to Macy's go to Nordstrom's Nordstrom's has been here forever it'll be here forever support Nordstrom's Macy's can go back to the east coast where it belongs

Bijan in the men's department is worth going to Macy's. I went in looking for a shirt and left with several hundred dollars worth of clothing. His customer service is superb. I don't live in Portland, but will call him for my future needs.

Great store except they made me pay; Haricador can't pay because it would damage magick & countless people would become incensed!

Macy is a great place. The workers are dedicated to helping you find what you want. I recommend last act sections because they have very good deals! My friend got a prom dress for $17! If you are around the area, check it out!

Has Sephora on the inside and a whole store of its own in the mall how can it get any better than that!

My granddaughter came in from Israel. She needed party dresses. Spent 3 days looking. We finally looked at Macy's. Immediately Shalva found 3 beautiful dresses with 3 fabulous button down sweaters to match the sleeveless dresses. She was very happy to bring the clothes back to Israel. A happy grandmother also.

I guess a lot of remodeling is going on. Feels crowded and disorganized aside from that. Will try to do as much shopping online as possible in the future.

Great deals helpful floor staff. Get Coupon deals with out having your coupon on you. Also you still get in on sales with just your phone number and ssn. Clean fitting rooms.don't have in stock staff will help you order on line

I made a face cream return and was helped by Membi Alemayehu at the Clinique counter and as always she was very helpful and easy to talk to. She has helped me before and I am glad she works at Macy's.

Joxelin was such an amazing beauty advisor her attitude towards me was outstanding, and the make up was on point. You guys totally hired an outstanding girl! I loved my look!

I just had the least painful bra buying experience ever. The gals were great at finding me the right style and size. So easy!

What's not to like? ! New items, good deals and helpful staff! The crew here must have changed since last year - for the better!

Alright.wish they would put all the last act merchandise in the same room as most other stuff on last act.
