Macy's Furniture Gallery at Washington Square is the place to get all your home furnishings.

This store has a large selection to shop, great lighting to see the colors, easy to walk around displays and it is very clean. All store associates wore masks; hand and surface cleanser is available throughout the store. The store is very clean.

While shopping here I learned that some well known brand names design furniture to only be sold at Macy's furniture stores. That's why I finally found the Natuzzi I was looking for at Macy's.

The store associates are very helpful and are happy to help you find what you are looking for, but if you just want to shop alone they don't use sales pressure in anyway to bother you while browsing. When I had a question I simply walked over to the sales desk got an answer and kept shopping.

When it came time to pick colors and matching pieces the store associate was very helpful every step of the way.

The mattress and carpet areas have a huge selection on the 2nd floor, along with outdoor furniture.

What I liked best was the ability to easily move around while browsing without having to move anything out of my way. This store is definitely shoppable to ADA standards

. Selection of furniture could be better. I did find a nice couch. I purchased a coffee table that was on back order. 8 wks later they delivered the coffee table with missing pieces and scratches on the marble. DISAPPOINTED! Ordered it again and now waiting again. Another 7 weeks. Hopefully it comes with all the parts and flawless

Our initial couch buying process was great. Susan was very helpful and we got the couch ordered. We were told it would take 10-12 weeks because it was a custom fabric. We got an email 4 weeks later saying our couch was ready! We were very excited to get it so fast. We scheduled our delivery. We got confirmation emails as well as texts saying our couch would be delivered between 11am-1pm and they would call us when they were on their way. My husband took the day off to be home to get the couch. On the morning of I tracked the shipment and it said it's estimated ETA was 12: 30pm. Around 11am I tracked the shipment again and it now said 2: 30pm well outside the 2 hour time frame, but before taking action, I decided to wait it out until it got closer to 1pm. At 12: 54pm we got a call saying the truck broke down and that we would need to call another number to reschedule. If the truck truly broke down at 12: 54pm and they called right away that makes this a slightly different story, however I have a feeling that they knew way earlier in the day and just decided to call right before the 2 hour window ended. So now my husband has taken a day off of work for nothing. When my husband called to reschedule, they said their next available delivery date would be 5 days later.really? 5 days later? Unacceptable. The people who were suppose to get their furniture that day should have first priority of delivery the next day, but nope. My husband was bounced around to 3 different people, one of them being a manager who with the 2 other people agreed that the delivery fee would be waived and they would give him a call back that night to see if they could get couch to us the next day. Not surprising, he never got a call back. I called the next morning to get a confirmation that the delivery fee would be waived and the lady found no record of that anywhere in the documents from the previous calls with my husband. She fortunately waived the delivery fee and emailed me a confirmation of this. My husband was told he could not pick up the merchandise himself because it waived the warranty. Macy's needs to use their own team to do deliveries instead of outsourcing them because there is a lack of communication and no one knows what is going on because so many people are involved.
Oh! And to top this all off the representative said if we were to get any additional discounts (she is counting the waived delivery fee as a 10% discount) that exceed 35% it would waive our warranty. What sense does that make? If Macy's or their outsourcing team is screwing up so bad that I need 35% worth of discounts, my warranty should be the same. I haven't screwed up, they have. Needless to say, I will not be buying any furniture from Macy's ever again.

It was a nice surprise for me. Well run with very high quality furniture. The salesperson was great. No pressure type of approach. Worth a trip.

I would highly recommend to anyone one in need of furniture to go to Macy's furniture and more specifically ask for Krista!
She is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She made the shopping process fun and painless. She even helped us when a piece of our furniture arrived damaged.

We stopped by the store just to see what do they sale. They sell interesting and unique furniture, we didnt buy anything but maybe in the future.

If you need furniture, this place should be on your list. Expansive selection of good (but not great) furniture at bargain prices make this store an excellent value. Really wide selection from rugs to outdoor furniture to mattresses. Give it a look.

There was a very pushy older woman that I really didn't appreciate my wife and I just stopped to look and were and were asked at least 3 times if she could sell something to us, you know my wife has to go to the hospital 2 times s wk.and we just didn't want to be hounded like that.

Sounds strange to say, but they had a lot of stuff but not really much of a selection. Everything seem to be more of the same.

Very nice selection of furniture. I’ve been purchasing furniture here for years and they always have the newest styles. It’s good pricing for the quality. They do have a delivery fee but will set everything up for you.

Has the most furniture to go look at of any Macys in the area. You will pay $160 for delivery- no pick up option available. If you have one item out of the entire purchase that isn't immediately available your entire order is delayed. No shipping part of the order without another delivery fee. But good prices and attentive, knowledgeable folks still rate it a 5.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Software at the payment registration tested my patience. It froze couple of times and I have to wait for an hour to process my transaction.
