Manzanita Vacation Rentals by Meredith Lodging

Second time locked out iof their properties! On top of it, I booked through Vrbo and they are saying that I have to go fight with Meredith lodging over this will trust me if they want a fight on their hands they are gonna get it. This is the second time I've driven three hours from my home to be locked out l!

Friendly enough people but very poor customer service. Don't expect an accommodation, quick reply or alot of help if you need something changed with your reservation. Even with alot of advanced notice, I have to cancel, eat the fee, and then fight with insurance rather than change a place.

They'd rather get that 30% (of the whole rental fee not of what was put down) then keep a customer or contact a property owner. Was even willing to pay more and found a property that was available, they still wouldn't help but took a week and a half to tell me that they wouldn't help. It's a week and a half that I could have looked for a different place and that the property could have been on offer to someone that wanted it. I liked the locations before but that's just poor business practices.

I wasn't upset or unhappy when I first contacted to trying changing or canceling, life happens, but getting the run around to waste my time, have me follow up bc they didn't contact back and just to tell me the same thing over again put me off entirely and I was shaking mad by the end.
