6Why is there only 1 teller open at the Winema branch on a Saturday the day after a holiday? Lots of people still needed bankong in person and shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes
I’ve banked here for over 15 years and their customer service went from great, to just trash. There are a few that are amazing; kit is always sweet and smiley, the blonde that works the drive thru is always great as well. Ashley has the worst customer service over the phone, that I’ve encountered in quite some time lmao. It’s honestly a pain to deal with most of their staff, they’re just very very unpleasant and probably should not work customer service… but yeah not a bad bank other than the trash staff
Terrible customer service. They act as if they're doing you a favor by working there.
ATMs, their own branch atms are out of order on the regular.
Their holds on check or direct deposit is a lot longer than most.
If you have alternatives in who you choose to bank with, I would look at them.
Great Customer Service. Salem Branch very helpful, kind, and respectful.
Worst bank in oregon. My wife and I had about $2500 stolen out of our account and MAPS refused to do anything about it. We have switched over to Oregon State Credit Union, and are very pleased with their service.
I went in because I wasn't understanding an issue I had with my account. Nicholas Williams listened to my problem, took care of it, and explained it to me so I would not have this issue in the future. A+ customer service!
