5Been a loyal homeowner, RV, and auto insurance customer for 4-years with no claims report. Marcy Perletti increased my bill every 6 months. When asked about it, she forward me to a 1-800 number if I want them to reevaluate & decrease my rates. Absolutely ludicrous. Ended up saving $850 (every 6 months) switching to another company.
Is not my insurance company beware of hackers on phones and credit cards.
Everyone was friendly and made things easy for me to understand everything.
