Whenever my family or I take our vehicle to Mark he's on it and gets it out as fast as it came in and he and is staff are the best in Madras hands down

On Sunday, I was travelling across state, when my car overheated in Madras. Monday morning I called around town for service, and Mark said to in come right away. They diagnosed the problem (broken belt) fixed it and had me ready to go home in short order. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks so much for rescue!

What a great shop! Quality work with excellent prices. Shop replaced our radiator so we could get back home. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Order our replacement OEM radiator while we were on the phone and then made room for us on there schedule for the next day.

I had several of my vehicles in there with no problems. Then I took one of my cars in there and they kept trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, when it was quite obvious there was. I wound up and taking it to a different garage to have it fixed.they argued with me. And said they drove my car which was a lie or they would have found the problem. The other people I took it to didn't even have to drive it to know what was wrong. He was not even willing to listen to me just kept telling me there was nothing wrong. Them told me he wouldn't even look at it again.

By far the best auto repair experience I've had. My truck died while driving through Madras, and after other shops in town told me they were weeks out, Mark's had a tow truck over to me within 15 minutes. All told, it was less than an hour from making the initial call to Mark to being back on the road with a new Alternator.

I didnt even miss my ski day thanks to their speedy help! You guys are awesome!

My starter went out. Had my truck towed by prince towing. They were great and friendly. Marks got my truck at around noon. And called me at about four. Job done. Thanks guys I'm picking it up today. Thanks guy's. Fast and friendly.
