Marquis Tualatin Post Acute Rehab reviews
4 Great place for patients they do excellent care, beautiful place a lot of hardworking and very experienced staff & Management. Highly recommended rehab!
-I work at the hospital now, and I highly recommend this facility to patients. I’ve worked at this place for years, I know they do quality care for patients.
My mother was there for about a month after she broke her hip. I was very impressed with the staff and the aesthetics. For the most part, she had great care and the nurses and CNA 's were very friendly and caring. It has a very upbeat atmosphere. These care centers are not perfect and staff works very hard. They do God's work, in my opinion.
After a month-long stay in the hospital following a triple bypass, pacemaker, and numerous complications, I was not in good shape when I entered the Marquis Tualatin facility. An integral part of the admission process is a thorough records review, and the NP quickly diagnosed another possible complication and started aggressive treatment for pneumonia. That attention to detail no doubt saved my life.
I found every one of the staff to be supremely competent, supportive, and caring. And the cheerfulness of the crews (day, afternoon, and night) made for a smooth road to recovery. My goal was to go home without being totally dependent on Oxygen when I currently needed it almost 24/7. Through the help and encouragement of the Occupational and Physical Therapists and CNA’s, I was able to achieve that ahead of time. I know I must have pushed the staff to the hair-tearing stage because of the demands I had for myself and them, but they were always my cheerleaders in the process.
While I credit and thank the entire staff, I must give recognition also to the manager of the facility, Kelly. During my month there, I got to watch good management in action. Kelly consulted with team leaders and members to insure that the rules and guidelines were followed, juggling both priorities and practices to meet the needs of patients and staff. And he did it with a smile on his face and a good word for everyone. In my 52 years of working at jobs from cowboy to Top Secret Analyst for the military, I have found that when you have Superb Team Work, it comes from Superb Management. And that is all happening at Marquis Tualatin Post Acute Rehab.
If you or people you care for need to be in rehab, this is the place to be.
