It's best to go without expectations. Sometimes I go and don't find anything, other days I might find something or many great things. You just never know. There is often a line to checkout but the people up front are usually very pleasant.

Decent selection usually kept fairly clean and orderly BUT and this is a big BUT. Customer service has a lot of training required to assist customers.rather than standing around and ignore them. This is a routine occurrence. Perhaps management should look into it. Have already filed a complaint with corporate!

Customer service is always great and friendly love this place great prices great deals all the time.

Penny helped me check out and was the worse! Ruddiest most miserable woman ever! Never going there ever again.

Usually tidy and organized even though it's a fairly busy location, nice selection of bath/body and housewares which is what I'm usually there for.

Employees are rude and would not accept my return of damaged pants and told me I washed them wrong. I provided my ID and loyalty phone number and she still criticized me and didn’t believe when I said Denver is where I am from? I thought Portland was a liberal city - and I realize I must look homeless so they won’t help me.

Really awesome deals! Love this place. Even through the pandemic and missing staff - they are open and happy to help you.

This is my favorite Marshalls in the area. Always clean and well organized but the long wait in line to check out is excruciating.

The items are great. I love home goods products. I’ve come in here before and it’s been okay service. Nothing that was worth noting- good or bad. Indifferent. Which is totally fine. I get it. I used to be in customer service retail as well and I know sometimes you just rather not help because you’ve been through the ringer.or you’re burnt out. Totes understand.
BUT. I have to assume that when you see a small woman struggling to lift and adjust a bench onto a cart so it doesn’t take out every end cap and product displayed SOMEONE. ANYONE would offer assistance. LITERALLY any one of the 6 employees who we’re literally next to me or in your products stuffed (which I appreciate all the goods!) aisles, would offer SOME kind of assistance. Even when I was checking out and I needed to lift it out off the cart to get the rest of the items out, 2 employees - clerk and another who walked by- didn’t offer any assistance. Clerk even said “oh it’s okay. ” Like me taking time to do all this was MY fault. I said “man. You know not a single person offered any assistance. ” She apologized. I got to my vehicle and again unloaded by myself - COVID. I get it. In all this, a canvas picture got stretched out a bit. I almost came back inside and instead I asked a lovely woman who was walking by if she noticed anything about the picture. I’m so glad I did because I LOVE it. Anyways, please stop pretending to not seeing customers who need assistance. This was incredible frustrating and and overshadowed finding the perfect item for our home.

Waisted of my time. Will not be returning. They didn't do anything wrong. Just not my style.

Neat store but totally a "hit and miss" deal. When you do find an item, it's a treasure.

Marshall's is a very neat and clean place to shop, they have a wonderful clearance section and the employees were very helpful and friendly

Always a run in this store cheap and with designer and good quality clothing, enough cashier added when line gets busy, still.observing good sanitation and disinfection, staff are very helpful

Nice store! It has a lot of knick knacks and small items, but not very much clothes. So, if you're hoping for a huge selection of clothes, I'd try another store.but if you're coming to look for gifts or something like that, this place is perfect!

I find good deals most of the time which is the only good thing. However, it’s too crowded and their customer services needs improvement especially the high schoolers who work there.

Pretty dope! I got some sweet playstation mugs for like 6 bucks and my sister got a bunch of birthday shopping done there. Pretty solid if you ask me
