5 stars are really not enough to express how much we appreciated, trusted, and enjoyed working with Chantelle Charpentier! Chantelle provided valuable knowledge of specific properties, both pros and cons. She kept us sane during a 6 month process to final purchase, a period extended by significant title issues with the first property we tried to buy. Chantelle kept track of the situation and kept us fully informed. After four months, a truly great property became available (with no title issues) and she assisted us with switching to the new option and closing in a very timely manner.

Now your Lying to the public. That is what we expected which is exactly why you will not get our business in the future. Its a sad case for sure.

Financials had nothing to do with this purchase. We have plenty of capital. The only reason why this transaction was not completed is because your company failed to recognize a substantial problem with the home for sale before you allowed it to be put on the market by your real estate agents. Including the broker who obviously has a problem with actual facts of this story. Maybe you should be a bit more proactive with your sales in the future.
