I went there over a year ago with my daughter. The man that did my daughter's hair did a great job. The woman who did my hair that had over 10 years experience had no idea how to cut natural curly hair. My daughter also has natural curly hair, needless to say I never went back. People ask questions before anybody touches your hair.

I believe I was in there yesterday to schedule an appointment, the young lady Kylee got me in instantly, even offered me a cup of cold water. She cut and buzzed my hair the way I asked. She was very polite and nice. I definitely recommend MasterCuts and Kylee.

Kylee and Janet are the best evar, it's five stars. Both are very personable and should be compensated for their professional skill and time!

I had received a really bad hair color at another salon the day before Master cuts got me in right away and did an amazing job fixing my hair. I am so greatfull

Booked an appt online for 1pm. Drove all the way from Winston to be told there online system doesn't actually work and they would not honor my appt time. They told me I could wait around and see if something became available. I will definitely not ever go back here for a haircut.

Just got the worst haircut of my life here. I gave the barber very clear and simple instructions and she failed to follow them. Very rude as well.

Made appointment for 945am online. Walked into business and the lady who was doing next to nothing very rudely told me they weren't open until 10am. I tried explaining to her I had an appointment for 945 according to the online booking and she proceeded to be rude

Brought in a photo of the hairstyle/cut I wanted and Sean got the cut exactly like the photo! I have never been happier with my hair. Sean is now at Perfect Look Salon and still the best!
