Matt was great. He traveled to more remote locations for us to view homes and was involved in every step of the way. He even stood up for us when the owners agent tried to force us into a fake "required" Covenant not to sue agreement. I genuinely recommended him to anyone reading these reviews. You cannot possibly go wrong with Matt. He is solid.

I've dealt with a lot of realtors over the years both as a contractor and as a buyer/seller of properties, and I can say that Matt is top notch in every respect. The 35 years as a homeowner/investor who has both bought and sold multiple properties, and running my plumbing service business, I've dealt with scores of realtors. What is most important to me is prompt response and honesty, both of which Matt fulfills beyond my expectation.
My many calls to him were either answered immediately, or responded to within minutes. My texts and emails were answered with impressive swiftness, and for a guy who is busy and impatient like me, that is an invaluable trait. And without going into the details, Matt had the opportunity to make thousands of more dollars on my real estate transaction, but by his honesty and integrity, he saved that money for me and my wife. To say I'm impressed is an understatement.

It is hard to find a realtor you trust; even more so, when you're searching for a place on the other side of the country! Yet Matt surprised me at almost every step of the way, unfailingly going above ad beyond my expectations. Whether it was the analysis and care he put into curating property listings over several months for us to consider, or his attention to details that we mentioned in talking about features; the two day tour of a dozen properties he coordinated for a weekend stopover in Oregon, or the number of items related to relocating that he researched and addressed, sometimes even before we knew that they needed handled! He even let my mother-in-law ship and store a housewarming gift to his office, two weeks before we closed! Who provides service like that in this day and age? !?

I cannot recommend Matt highly enough, ESPECIALLY if you are considering moving into Douglas county from out of state. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the very best. We were blown away. We had no idea how involved and helpful a realtor could be. Sent multiple live videos since we were out of state buyers, held our hand through every step, navigated pitfalls we didn’t know were even there.
