Mattress Distribution Center reviews
6Picked up my bedframe this morning. The guy running this warehouse "james" was just rude and had a bad attitude. I loved my experience at store. Warehouse not so much due to Poor customer service
Had to come back cause they didn't have what they sold us and told us was in stock
They missed a pillow in my initial order but when I called and told them. It was replaced. Friendly people
Absolutely did not like the tone that I was greeted with when I went to pick up a mattress. Dealt with a guy named Roger at this distribution center, did not like his attitude towards me. Almost didn’t allow me to get the mattress due to his clear lack of motivation and lax. Would not recommend buying from here due to this experience.
Great service! The staff were kind not too pushy and willing to help explain our different options for mattresses!
Everything was 5 stars until today. 8/26/2019
Buying and delivery were great! Very helpful folks.
Today was a reschedule of our base, which was a very minor inconvenience.
We were expecting a delivery so we were waiting to help give directions over the phone to our tricky apartments. Granted the last delivery crew found it with no problem.
The delivery driver called and sounded somewhat irate that he couldn’t find our apartments, okay no problem. We tried giving directions best we could. But after some miscommunication the driver sounded very irritated and told us to wave him down outside.
We went outside and tried calling him, no answer 3 times.
We saw a cargo truck higher up the hill, it had a “gold lion” symbol on it. My boyfriend went to ask if they were from mattress firm, the driver responded “no were construction” in Spanish. Which was odd even to my Spanish speaking boyfriend.
So it seemed that the delivery truck was no where to be found and no one was answering the phone. We called their distribution center, we explained the situation and described the truck we saw and to our surprise the truck we saw WAS the delivery truck.
So our delivery driver Cisco Carranza was not only inpatient with the situation but he also lied to our face and decided to drive off with an “unable to complete” status on our delivery.
We now have a new reschedule date which would be no problem but with the amount of unprofessionalism it’s very frustrating. Strongly encourage to beware of Cisco Carranza as a delivery driver.
