They are awesome. Sam, their sales representative, treated me I was his only customer. He went by my pace and answered all my questions. This is a very big deal as it requires a lots of patience and caring spirit of the customers in one's mind. I've had a lot of sales representatives who ran by his/her own paces made my shopping experiences not so good. But, Sam was first sales representative I've ever felt my shopping experience can be pleasant. I was well informed and felt I was respected.

Very good service. I like how the sellers really try to get a perfect match for you by offering everything they know about mattresses so that you find the perfect one. Extremely good customer service.

Regine was a huge help and helped make my decision way easier. She didn’t pressure me at all and I felt welcome and comforted while shopping in the happy valley store. I bought a beauty rest mattress from Regine last weekend. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about what I should look for when trying to find the right mattress. She had me try out several beds until I found the right one. She also sold me a few pillows that have helped reduce my neck pain tremendously. Had an easy time ordering my Mattress from the good folks at Mattress Firm in Clackamas. They helped me choose the right mattress and within a few minutes and a few questions got me sorted out. Purchasing was easy and secure and now I'm heading down to their warehouse to pick it up. Easy, easy. Oh, and their 150 return policy makes me feel secure that if I'm not happy I can return it and they will get me into something else with no hassle.

Terence Huber was a big help. For 29 years I have never bought a new bed always had beds that people have given us. At 14 I had surgery for spinal bifida which my back was never the same. I also have 3 boys. I never had a good night sleep and suffer getting up every day and dealing with the pain. When me and my husband decided to finally get a new bed the mattress firm commercial came on and thought stopping there first. Terence was very welcoming and patient. Even was ok with our youngest following him around. He also listen to my story and wanted to help.which we appreciated alot. And when I need some water he stopped what he was doing to get me a cup and also the lady that was working with him gave our son snacks to keep him occupied. So if your wanting to find a good bed and friendly service I recommend mattress firm. We thank you.
