Elizabeth is amazing. I had major surgery and didn't realize how painful it would be to sleep flat on my back while recuperating. I didn't sleep for days, and finally decided the only thing I could do would be to buy an adjustable bed. I called a few places, and Elizabeth gave us the best deal and best service of any place I've ever gotten a mattress from. I'm forever grateful to her for getting the bed to me within 24 hours.

Elizabeth and Demetrie were both extremely helpful guiding myself and my partner through a variety of options during a lot of in-store activity while maintaining attention to all customers needs. They both had every answer to every question already on hand, and we walked away feeling absolutely confident in what we were getting for our value, how it would arrive and getting notification and tracking info, even down to how heavy the frame was and it's size in-package to verify I would be able to get it up my stairs by myself when delivered, and that exactly how the electric adjustable frame worked would be very safe for our pets (it is!). The big city stores were never able to provide the kind of attention to personal preference during high customer volume as the Eugene Coburg location. No wonder everyone was going there. They got your back ha ha

The young lady rep (Elizabeth) was very helpful and pleasant. Needed a bed base for our son (student at U of O). We purchased a IKEA bed base and parts were missing, these guys provided a quick and inexpensive solution!

Sarah Gödell at the Mattress Firm in Eugene, Or went above and beyond for me. I was very back and forth in terms of what I wanted as I needed 2 mattress and a movable base. I was getting ready for surgery and needed the movable base (non refundable) for my recovery. She did a fantastic job of providing all the answers to my questions. It was an amazing customer experience. Then when I had issues with the base AND dealing with Tempurpedic customer support (after purchase it is all in then not Mattress firm), Sarah helped me resolve the issue even though it was not her job and had nothing to do with her company. She advocated on my behalf and if it wasn’t for her I would not have had the movable base in time for my surgery. Great company and amazing customer service
