My experience there was wonderful and Chris helped answer all of my questions. I was waiting to leave my review until I had the chance to sleep on my new bed for a few nights. It is wonderful! The service was helpful and in depth, without being over the top. He answered my questions and left me alone to look, but was there when I needed him. Chris was also very personable and friendly. Thank you so much for your help!

Our sales person Jeremy was amazing. He was very patient with us. We had to purchase 3 beds for our kids and an adjustable base for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we got all we needed at a great deal.
Chris Clark was SO helpful and patient. We had gone to another local mattress store and were taken aback by how expensive and inconsiderate they were. When we made the drive over to Mattress Firm we were greeted with a smile, asked our names and were allowed to look around with as much or as little guidance as we desired. Our daughter was also made to feel comfortable and welcome. We got a bed at a great price and most importantly we left with more knowledge and confidence than we have ever had when buying a bed.
