Laurel was very helpful with my purchase. Quick, informative and came out with a good matress considering the limited supply due to COVID. Only two full mattresses available and considering the circumstance I was really please with the purchase.

Had a great experience working with Laurel, got the mattress I was after, and she even helped me find a barber (I'm new to the area). Excellent customer service.

The staff of Mattress Firm was very friendly professional and efficient in helping me and my daughter select the proper mattress for her! They were also very helpful in the flexibility of their financing options. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm for anybody that wants to purchase a mattress in the future! Logan at Gateway store in Springfield OR was absolutely fantastic- didn't pressure us, knew when to back off so we could talk as a couple, and really helped us to make informed decisions about the best bed for us including the box spring/ adjustable base. We are incredibly happy with the service we had from him & I will update this post when our bed arrives in 2weeks

It costs $309 to lease a $250 mattress, so the total price for a $250 mattress after a 12 month lease, will be $559 hahaha you have got to be kidding me! People are out of their minds! Just pay cash, so you can save yourself $309

Michaela worked amazingly! She helped me from the second I walked in the door to signing of the lease. She was so helpful in choosing a mattress, providing information and helping me understand everything about mattresses. I cannot speak highly enough about her!

Worked with Demetrie last week for a mattress purchase and it was a good experience. He listened to our needs and was able to find us a bed that was in our price range. He provided clear information on the products, no pushy sales, and he knew when to leave us alone to shop in peace. Sterlene was very helpful when I came in for my first visit. She helped me try out mattresses of differing styles to find the right firmness. And she worked with me to find a mattress at the right price point for me. When I came back in to make the purchase, she helped my sister make the decision to purchase her new mattress as well.
