Never again will I buy a mattress online! Why would I after finding the Mattress Lot? All the staff were friendly and not pushy in trying to make a sale. Sadie was amazing and found my husband and I something that works for both our opposite sleeping styles and needs. Did I mention all their mattresses are certified and eco-friendly? After our purchase we had our mattress delivered within a couple of days and the delivery was seamless. We had been having back pain for months from a mattress that was purchased online and past the trial period. Our back pain disappeared within a week and a couple months in we are so glad we made the change. 10000% recommend Mattress Lot if you value your sleep!

Delightful shopping experience! No pressure, they answer your questions but no "sales job", and they let you take your time laying on multiple mattresses to try them out. What I most appreciated is how the salesperson would leave me alone as I did this and only came back to check in a couple times. Can't rate the bed yet, as I took my Stumptown mattress home just today.but it was great that they had it in stock and I was able to walk out with it!

The store is spacious and filled with lots of options. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The delivery team was really accommodating and pleasant and thorough. Frankly, I would have given 5 stars, but the bed frame had a small slash in the upholstery and that probably the manufacturer’s fault. It’s a great store and feels good to buy locally! I heard from the store and they were great about offering options to fix the issue. Five. Stars.

This place carries a ton of mattresses that are manufactured in Oregon and Washington. Prices are reasonable and lower than to chain stores.even for locally made products. Sales people are friendly and don't pressure you to buy. Can't go wrong with this place as it is f as mult/locally owned.

The workers were awesome. They had to work some magic with a very small and narrow doorway to get the bed upstairs. Thanks for everything

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable staff, very thoughtful and not pushy. I felt listened to and was given enough time and space to make my decision. The first mattress I bought was not quite right, and they have a generous exchange policy which allowed me to make a new selection that was more comfortable. I am happy to support this local business that sources locally made mattresses. Highly recommend.

The delivery was prompt and they did an outstanding job removing old mattress/box spring and putting in new one in a tight space. Great job.

Choosing and purchasing a mattress is challenging. The folks at Mattress Lot are very thoughtful and helpful in explaining the different kinds of mattresses and encourage you to take your time, try out the different mattresses and take your time in making a decision. Very happy I chose to purchase my mattress from Mattress Lot! Plus, they're a small business! It makes a difference where I spend my money and I'm happy to shop with local, small businesses!

We had a great experience, it was actually really fun! The staff are friendly and helpful at comparing brands and materials. Walked out with a Stumptown memory foam mattress for our new apartment, but I hope we can come back for one of the organic mattresses in the future.

All of the employees really seemed like they knew what they were doing, and helped guide me in the right direction. I sleep on my side and stomach, and was in the store for about 2 hours, but never felt any pressure to buy.
100% recommend, even to just get a feel for what you want! You might even find something you love.
