Rob, the owner, was great. Not pushy or overbearing. We were interested in a split-king adjustable GhostBed. Rob explained the differences in all the models and we ended up buying the Chill model. Much less expensive than other places and a very good price to boot.

Had a great experience buying my new bed at the Matress MegaStore. They have a large inventory and Rob was very helpful. He knows all there is to know about mattresses. Got great price too!

Rob was the best. Their prices are great. They delivery is free, and they set up your bed for you. Old mattress take away is only $20! I would definitely recommend them to my friends, strangers too.

A week or so back we went in to look for twin mattresses and we’ve been looking everywhere we found the mattress we wanted and found the price and talk to the gentleman in the store and he was great and then came back today walked in knew which mattress we wanted paid for him and then he was very very wonderful he didn’t even have me move my vehicle he just picked up one mattress and then put it in the car and then came back to the store and got the other mattress and put it in the tank and then we looked around it met larger mattresses and had just a wonderful time the owner and the gentleman that helped us were just fantastic I will be back to buy other mattresses in the future thank you very much

We hate mattress shopping. Period. Too many times dealing with salespeople who know nothing, boasting as those who do. High pressure lunatics who want the commission more than the relationship - one hit wonder, vs.repeated business based on trust and relationship. No more. Until now.

Today we HAD to purchase a mattress for a spare room. MMS was just a minute or so from the house so, armed with a snarky attitude, low blood sugar, and a ready-to-about-face stance, we entered enemy territory. Ready for ANYTHING!

But wait. No aggressive pit bull sales people with fake smiles sizing us up as we entered the door? No obnoxious music or pathetic attempts to create an environment to neutralize our defenses? No Cracker Jack psych 101 attempts to appeal to our whatever they try to appeal to? Where are we, Toto?

What we did find was a nice old (er) guy (like me) with nothing to prove, no one to impress, no conquests to be made who.a) asked all the necessary questions, and b) LISTENED, and then c) offered us a walk thru the store starting at the lowest price point available and then working our way up until we found exactly what we *needed* and at a price point that matched exactly the number in my head walking in. Wow.

Recommended? Yep. Recommending to my family? Well, that's a big risk, but yes. I do.

Buying appliances, mattresses, and cars bring the same feeling of dread before I walk in.
I will be viewed as prey by a hungry, “ends justifies the means” salesperson.
This stranger always knows more than I do.
This stranger is like an AI machine; scopes out posture, eye contact, body language, and adjusts their techniques accordingly.
This stranger can read my Need Meter effortlessly.

Meeting Baker deleted all that from the start.
Kind, great listener, knows the inventory, came up with a creative solution for my day bed, master gardener, worked within my price range, past middle school drama teacher, no pressure, married to his high school sweetheart, walks and talks slow enough for the unmattressed, was a paratrooper in 1965, super sweet and gentle, and can hold a great conversation beyond sales.

Had an amazing experience. We were a bit nervous going in but Tim helped us find a great mattress within our price range. They have good beds at all different price points. Would definitely recommend!

Russ made our mattress buying experience exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, no pressure, had great advice on how to choose one that was best for us, and gave us a great deal. There was no reason to look anywhere else. He was so enjoyable to work with.

Went into the store to shop for a mattress and the man working was super pushy telling me what bed I needed and didn't let me try more than 3 mattress' out. On top of that he kept implying since I'm not skinny only a few mattress' would work for me. I was going to spend a good amount of money on a mattress foundation and under bed drawers but ended up going to a competitor getting a better mattress and adjustable frame with free platinum delivery for $300 less than this store quoted me for a lesser quality mattress.
